The room was good, but the tap within the room for the washbasin was kind of broken. It was moving sideways, and water was on the floor. The fridge door sides were very dirty. The TV didn't work at all and was a known problem but no intention to fix by the staff. Smoking - that is a general problem in Bali at least. People are not considerate of others' presence when smoking. Staff and their friends should be considerate of their customers when smoking around them.

The room, the pool breakfast, and the staff were very kind and helpful with whatever they could. The rental scooter available at the hotel made life really comfortable.

Had to change rooms as air conditioning didn't work. Pump going all night. Breakfast was terrible. Their outdoor kitchen was dirty. No restaurants nearby so had to have food delivered. The shower tiles were filthy. Cups and saucers but no jug, borrowed one from my sons room. Had to ask for them to turn off canned music around the pool. Having young men who spend their time on their phones instead of cleaning up the kitchen and eating area. Dirty tablecloth. Such a shame as this could be a delightful place to stay.

Nice pool and gardens. Comfortable bed. Large room. Friendly staff. Close to airport. Organised taxi for us.

breakfast was small and bad. Kitchen was not so clean. isolation was not so good so the room got hot so easily. we had AC but not an option to make it work all night long. They did not take out the carbage each day. Bathroom eqiptments were bad , no shower gel.

Location was ok, middle of Denpasar, but u need to use taxi everywhere. No noise at night. Cleanness of the room was ok Wi-Fi was okay. Fridge and AC was working well

We stayed here one night as we flew in from London and our boat to Gili islands didn’t leave until the next day. It was close to the airport and close to the port. Staff were friendly and room was simple but clean. Would recommend for a similar overnight stay for same reason

not the greatest location, room door was broken, only one external power point, wifi was really bad which sucks as I needed it to work, hot water would run out

Staff were friendly but English was limited which lead to some confusion particularly when paying as I got cash for taxi but wasn't told I needed to transfer money or pay cash for accommodation as they had not efpos machine as they are getting back on track after covid. The manager had to arrive to tell me this. A trip to be bank and heavy traffic due to a tree down left us stressed for time to check in at airport..we also got two single beds and had book a queen.

The pool was great to relax after your flight from Europe. The local street food and restaurants where great very few tourist in this area when we were there. Breakfast of local foods was good as well.

They let stray cats wonder throughout the property including while you are by the pool or eating breakfast. One of which scratched me on our final day. I believed this cat was owned but the hotel until I enquired whether it had been vaccinated for rabies and they said they didn’t know/couldn’t locate the owner. Since I have tried contacting them as a precaution for rabies to monitor the cats health over the next 10 days, and they have not been replying to me! This has left me feeling confused and panicked as I could have a fatal disease & although they could be doing a simple task to keep me informed they cannot be bothered which is so careless!! Don’t get me wrong I love cats, but rabies is endemic in Bali and it is highly irresponsible to let stray cats wonder around the hotel with no clue of their health conditions. Avoid staying here if you don’t want rabies complications😬

Old and tired, noisy old noisy aircon. Sinks shower not good, location outside tourist area long way to anything, needs a rating adjustment:(

Internet wasn't the best on the upper floor but I used it near the reception so all sorted. Bathrooom was a bit of old school but overall I am happy with my stay.

I liked the outdoor area with pool and staff. Very helpful and nice. And also so many lovely little kittens around they were so sweet!
