The facilities are top notch, and there’s a decent mall (KoKas) within walking distance to the hotel.

South KoreaThere are termites (little ants, see photos) in the room. I didn't consume any food or drink in the room, except water, but termites (little ants) were all over the desk. My photos show just one or two but it's actually a lot more than what you see in the photos. I'm sure the hotel staff would have switched the room for me but I was too busy and too tired to ask. If you stay in this hotel, make sure you check for any termites. If you find any, ask the staff to change your room. If no termites or bugs, I would come back to stay.
The location is good. It sits next to a large mall, Koca, you can easily walk to the mall and enjoy the food court, shops, and more. The value of the hotel is good.

The view was amazing and everything I needed was there. Kota Casablanca Mall was a walking distance from the hotel which had everything. It wasn't hard to find for any of the taxi or delivery drivers. The fitness center was well-equipped.

United States of AmericaThe only complaint I have is the Wifi was not very good. The internet speeds were very slow and the signal dropped constantly. I tried to get some work done while I was there but it was impossible since my connection kept dropping and even when it stayed connected, the speeds were too slow to get anything done.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would book again with confidence when I visit Jakarta. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and it was very close to a shopping mall with many options for food.

United KingdomWe were disappointed that the Executive Lounge was closed for renovation Therefore as stated on their website there was no drinks and snacks served all day, but they did have a 3 hour evening for executive level members to go to the bar order drinks and snacks during this time. This was fine but usually you are able to go and see what is on offer and select your own in this case staff brought out a few bits and then you could reorder the same again!
We had a business Executive Room The room and bathroom were very large and very clean The Pool was lovely and relaxing On the days we were at the hotel the restaurant for breakfast was very busy and chaotic, the lovely lady hosting was very apologetic We decided to come back later and offered us takeaway coffees On our return still busy but managed to get a table The food selection was enormous but as it was so busy some food items were not available but saying that if you asked the waiters they were able to assist with your request.

AustraliaSadly, the plug in my shower did not open, but solved that using a fork. Initially, the hot water in the bathroom basin came out brown, but just didn't use it after that. In my travels over the years, this was not the worst thing I had seen.
Location was exactly where I needed to be, the staff are wonderful to deal with, from check in staff to housekeeping, all staff were friendly and courteous. Room was spacious,but a little dated, maybe an update is needed.
