Nothing to dislike as such. We had buffet dinner at their restaurant, there was only Indonesian menu and no choice of international cuisine. The food was cold. Bar isn't value for money 🙄

Old Hotel but beautifully kept, reception welcoming, concierge, restaurant all staff is very professional and helpful. Although restaurant has less choice of food, we liked it. Bed linen, towels fresh. Very near to Kota Kasablanka mall, they have lots of choice for food. We live in Bandung, my wife and I decided to spend weekend in Jakarta, we chose Wyndham and it was definitely a good surprise. We will definitely return.

The carpet, could have been cleaner. It seems outdated and looks grubby.

Beautiful hotel, staffs are friendly and helpful. There’s couple restaurants, but we love The Riva the food is amazingly delicious and have varieties of wines. We don’t use the breakfast much as it’s always crowded we have it delivered instead, and it’s always been good. We are extending our stay as we speak twice already.

The hotel is so good but I didn't choose a private room (I didn't choose a smoking or non-smoking room) but the smoking room came across to me. Other than that everything was very good. comfort, service. Next time I go, I will choose a non-smoking room. I liked this hotel very much, as long as it was close to where I was going. I went to Jakarta for a concert and this hotel was very close to the concert hall. I liked Indonesian people in general, especially Indonesian Shawols 😍💎💎💎💎💎

That absence of bidet. Or a water spray.

Everything was great. The room was spacious king size room, or facilities, and amenities were remarkable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was also close to everything.

Food and beverages are inexcusably expensive. I have had the chance to visit during my stay other 5* hotels and the cost was about halve. It is a shame really. I believe that the bar, for example, could be a much more popular place if the prices were lower.

Wyndham Casablanca is an old hotel and it shows. However, it is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was notably better than my last visit. It is also very well located, next to a huge mall, offering many choices for shopping and meals. Internet connection is decent.

The fact that it’s within vicinity to a large cemetery. Our room even had a clear view of the said cemetery.

The facilities are top notch, and there’s a decent mall (KoKas) within walking distance to the hotel.

There are termites (little ants, see photos) in the room. I didn't consume any food or drink in the room, except water, but termites (little ants) were all over the desk. My photos show just one or two but it's actually a lot more than what you see in the photos. I'm sure the hotel staff would have switched the room for me but I was too busy and too tired to ask. If you stay in this hotel, make sure you check for any termites. If you find any, ask the staff to change your room. If no termites or bugs, I would come back to stay.

The location is good. It sits next to a large mall, Koca, you can easily walk to the mall and enjoy the food court, shops, and more. The value of the hotel is good.

The rooms are a little outdated and the TV was old and didn't work, they need some renovations.

The view was amazing and everything I needed was there. Kota Casablanca Mall was a walking distance from the hotel which had everything. It wasn't hard to find for any of the taxi or delivery drivers. The fitness center was well-equipped.
