Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel was fantastic. The room overlooking the pool was amazing, comfy beds, great balcony (and noise cancelling doors) breakfast was great and the pool was amazing. I was a bit worried the pool would be cold but it was great, you could stay in there for hours at a time.

AustraliaI couldn't fault anything, however other guests mentioned it was a bit noisy in the front rooms.
The Magani is awesome! we were in a premier room with plunge pool at the back of the resort so it was really quiet. our room was great. very clean with a very comfy super size king bead and smelt beautiful after the cleaner had been in. The breakfast was AMAZING and all of the staff were outstanding!! Special mention to Ani who looked after us at breakfast and Gede from the pool bar. Such beautiful, happy people.

AustraliaMy check in time on my booking stated between 1 and 2 o’clock When I got there I was told check in was at 3 Two couples arrived after me and were taken straight to their rooms before 3 When you’ve been up since 3am all you want to do when you arrive at your accommodation is go to your room and relax not have to sit in reception in the heat for 2 hours

All staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean Staff spoke good English so as to understand us. Big big shout out to Niko who works at the pool, if he saw you arrive, he would run and bring your towels to you, would have a little chat. He remembered our names as same as a beautiful wait person big smiles and again remembered our names each morning. Very impressed.

AustraliaBooking the exact room that we wanted was so difficult. We wanted a room overlooking the pool area with 2 single beds and no connecting door. We did eventually get what we wanted at an extra cost.
The friendly staff inside and outside of the Magani hotel and spa was exceptional. The free entertainment in the evening was very entertaining, brilliant.

Everyone was always so happy to help and make our stay just that little bit more special. Breakfast was so delicious, a decent range of options set out. The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very central to both shopping and restaurants! This place is great value for money!!!

Great swimming pool with bar and service at poolbeds with reasonable pricing compared to other places. Nice day spa. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Hotel is clean and staff extremely friendly. Plenty good options in breakfast buffet. The lovely lady the tourist counter was super helpful with any trip options.

AustraliaThe hotel is well located in the middle of the tourist area near Garlic lane. Close to the beach, nice restaurants and plenty of shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean. We both had several massages with the inhouse Visala Spa which was a relaxing way to end or start your day. Not the cheapest but we enjoyed our stay.
