We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNot much - but at a pinch, the floor was a little dusty, perhaps from building works across the street. We just wore the provided slippers and all was good. The artificial grass under the outdoor shower wasn't nice to shower under but we just positioned the shower over the tiles and it was fine. Aside from that we couldn't fault a thing.
The staff were all so so nice! Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was huge! The pool was the perfect size and very private. The location was incredible. It was right off Eat St in Seminyak and and easy walk to the beach too. We would definitely stay again!

AustraliaMozzies we extra. I know this isn't the hotels fault. We bought bug spray and sprayed the rooms each night. They also supplied some plug in mozzie things. My family stayed here too. Sometimes their power would switch off or their water would be off. The staff moved them to a different villa but had some similar problems. I had no issues with power or water. Probably needed a fan in the main area as its outside.
The location was excellent. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered each day, you need to order the day before for this to happen. Air con was excellent in the rooms

New ZealandOur first room had a lot of bugs and was very dirty and tired to the extent we were looking at other accom for the night as we were not comfortably sleeping there . We got moved to a nicer villa and that was great although still quite dated and run down , particularly the bathroom area . AustraliaFriendly reception team assisted with keys and checking us into the villa. Villa was comfortable although a little tired in places. Bed extremely comfortable but AC was struggling. Huge bathroom and overall cleanliness excellent. Breakfast was beautiful, on time, and staff exceptional throughout. Location is excellent, quiet road and 10 mins walk to central Seminyak and some great food locations.

AustraliaConstruction opposite our Villa killed the vibe everyday for chilling next to our pool. You need to nominate a time to have breakfast delivered to your room and as we didn't want to be on a schedule we ate out most days. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and shower head needed to be replaced. Kitchen facilities were sub-par - not event two forks when we checked in. Not enough utensils or crockery to cook comfortably.
Villa 7 was huge! Lots of space and nice clean pool. 50 metre walk to a main strip of restaurants and bars in part of Seminyak. Bathroom was huge. Bed was extra comfy and great quality pillows. Lots of shops around (not market like). Pool towels were plush.
