Breakfast was pretty good. Nice selection of fresh fruits & freshly squeezed juice. The pastries & egg selections were also very good. The Indonesian breakfast choices were delicious.

Outdoor kitchen/ table should be sprayed every day due to the ants.. by the time your breakfast reached your villa it was cold, shame, as it was always very nice.. they just need a device to keep it warm....

Price. I had a friend staying in another villa which was paying about 30% less than me for the 3 nights. I didn't feel my concerns were met when I brought this up

It would have been nice for the bathroom to be in the air conditioned part of the villa. There could have also been more attention to detail with the cleaning & amenities (like keeping toilet paper stocked up).

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Seminyak. The pool in the villa was a good size and so was the villa itself.

Toilet bowl had obvious memories of previous guests.I decreased stains with spray hose, but a simple brush occasionally would resolve (or supply brush in toilet). Brush also required occasionally in shower, wiped away some mould in corners. Bath extractor fan could also do with occasional clean. Pool had a mandatory amount of missing/broken/loose tiles, and the waterline could do with good scrub and clean. Courtyard tiles are not as well installed as the rest of the build: many cracked, chipped, loose. Service was good, but we couldn't quite crack the code to get clean towels. Missing welcome/guide book, which may have helped with working out safe and complex TV arrangement. Cupboard/Kitchen doors standard wonky and could use some oil/CRC. Overall, though, it was a commendable effort and really enjoyed our stay.

Honeymoon suite 20. Lovely large one bedroom villa. Well maintained and established garden. Largish and deep pool (approx 6.25 x 3.25/ 1.5 deep). It's fair to say it is an older place, but the bones are very good. Well constructed with few obvious failings and a reasonable maintainence regime. All furniture, including outdoors, is in good condition. Large bathroom with good tiling for SE asia and adequate kitchen. Mostly clean and well maintained.. Good AC Most contact with housekeeping staff who were friendly, discrete, and efficient. Overall, it was a commendable effort, and we really enjoyed our stay. Very good value and would recommend.

Great location, the Villas suited our family well. We paid for a roll away bed so our teens didn’t need to share, once we got there we noticed the beds can be spilt. They did do that for us as it’s more comfortable but it would have been good to know to save us the money.

The bathroom was a weird layout and toilet became very hot.

The location was fantastic - just off the main road allowing a retreat from the busy street of Seminyak. The Villa was large and plenty of room for luggage. The amenities were an outside style bathroom, extremely spacious. Toilet had own cubicle and bath! All clean and well maintained. A small kitchen with stove, kettle and fridge. The private pool was cleaned daily, two sun beds with shade Allin great condition. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was la a carte - which limited waste, a little small for a male (you can request more food!) The staff were extremely helpful and always greeted you.

The salad that was part of breakfast could have been better, but that's a minor issue. On the whole we were happy.

The central location within Seminyak is fantastic. The Villa's are surrounded by bars, restaurants and eateries. The Villa;s themselves are excellent, being private with your own swimming pool. We always had a late breakfast, then the Villa was cleaned, then into the pool. Our goal was to relax and recharge, which was achieved thanks to the Villa's and their location. This was also our second visit to this Villa, so we knew what to expect.

We had some dirty sheets which were changed as soon as we asked however we did find some towels that had stains and also some small holes in the dooner cover. The staff were excellent in rectifying this.

I looked that the property was close to the action, very cold air conditioning, excellent staff and the breakfast was delicious. The villas were quite big in size compared to others I have stayed at. We got quite a lot of sun also which was great

The 2 bedroom villas have air conditioned bedroom/cupboard areas compared to the 1 bedroom/honeymoon villas which could be hard to take if you're not used to the heat. It's common in Bali but the AC in the bathroom where available is great.

Great location in Seminyak, very quiet but yet close to the main strip of Jalan Kayu Aya. Comfy bed and extremely friendly service. Already booked a return visit for January 2025. Love the private pools and a bit more space than a hotel room.

I have to ask to clean the pool everytime, no microwave, cooking utensils like pot and pot are really tiny, no scissors and knife is not sharp enough. We had a night that air-conditioner is not working the power is on and off for t one whole night, they don't have generator. Airport shuttle is different fee which didn't say in the website here in booking.com.

I like the place good enough. I like the workers are very nice.
