Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThere are not many restaurant facilities nearby except for the Luley resort restaurant. But you can take a taxi to Manado city and have food there! Or eat at the guesthouse, which was delicious!
Very good host! So kind and welcoming! Willing to help you with everything to make the best out of your stay! We had a really good time relaxing by the pool and listening to the sounds of the birds. The home cooked dinner was delicious! Also, it is possible to go diving/snorkeling with a dive centre nearby. Beautiful sunsets!!!

United KingdomThe shower water is very weak and naturally heated. There is a supplement to pay for air conditioning, which is not shown on the listing. However the ceiling fan did suffice OK for me.
This property, even if it is a little isolated, was chosen because of its vicinity to a scuba diving operator. The location is superb, facing the jungle with a big terrace with sofas, and it is very quite. A supermarket is nearby. The hostess, Ms Kathelia, is very attentive and helpful. She prepares a huge breakfast. Room is very clean but essential. Hostess also helpful to find a taxi.

It's also conveniently close to a supermarket. The vibe was great, with options for tours and taxi drivers available. Overall, it's a fantastic value for the money. Highly recommended!

United KingdomOverhead fan rather than Aircon was fine for me but some may prefer Aircon (extra charge). Pool was green which didn't make it very appealing for swimming.
Nicely presented property. Friendly owners went above and beyond to answer queries and help out. Driver they arranged for tongkoko tour was good and seemed in keeping with what you'd pay for this tour, though I'm not sure park itself worth it personally (long drive and bit underwhelming). Dinner you can get was good and is definitely more generous than what you can get in nearby hotel. Can see once they get a bit more busy, potential for nice international feeling friendly atmosphere.
