We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanCleaning is an issue at the place, especially bathroom where toilet also leaking at floor. The sink is so small that tape water almost go outside. The kettle and cups were so dirty as everything including sheets and towels are left in an open storage at garden. The garbage pin and bags left everywhere at garden for days attracting huge ants.
A place with great potentials but it seems still affected badly since Covid. No staff at all but the host appeared a couple of times to collect payment and do maintainance at other room. The Garden was good to have coffee at morning. Wifi was very good. Price was affordable

IndonesiaUnfortunately, the facilities in the pictures that show up was not available in the room like ; night lamp beside the bed, towel rack, and coffee tea amenities and electric kettle (but if you want to have it, u should text with the owner and they provide it for you, its kind like based on requested and not every room get it (if im not wrong), AC was working but its not getting cold as we waiting more than hours to get it running and its already in low temperature but for me its not enough cool in lembongan weather (we check with the owner and owner follow up fast), the toilet bowl wasn’t look good but su can still use it properly and the last one, the electricity was off around 3am not sure about the caused and it on by 6/7ish. Thank you
The guesthouse just closeby from the setreet which is good to find any restaurants and minimart, the bed was comfortable and not every guesthouse provide towels in the bathroom, bathroom was clean and the water not like sea water, its netral. The owner was kind, helpfull and ready to help you like rent good motorbike with charge 80k and full tank of petrol which is good.

SpainIf you plan to pay onsite, make sure to get money from ATMs before arriving to Nusa Lembongan, most of the atms were not working when I was there.
The room was clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming, offering transportation between the harbour and the guest house. Some of the main attractions on the island can be reached walking, and the rest is within cycling distance.

United StatesThings to know: - This place is CASH ONLY, booking is incorrect. The owner's credit card machine is broken and they haven't updated the listing. - There is a school right across the street from the homestay. On weekday mornings, from about 6:30 AM for the next few hours, a teacher's on a loud speaker directing school activities and children are outside playing. I normally don't mention things like this that are out of the owner's control, but it was very loud and unexpected so early in the morning. - The bathrooms are outdoor and no AC, but fully enclosed up with 8 foot high walls and roofs. The walls between your neighbor's bathroom and yours don't go all the way to the ceiling, so you may hear them when you're taking care of your own business. You'll also see more creepy crawlies, too. - It's a super simple room, no desk or chair or closet or any type of storage.
Value for the room is great! Very simple setup: bed, 2 end tables, a bookshelf, and the bathroom -- just enough for me. Linens were clean, towels/toilet paper & soap/shampoo were provided, air conditioner kept the room cool, door locks for security, bathroom is private, and no creepy crawlies in the room. Owner was easy to contact via WhatsApp. Check-in was contact-less (key in door) and check-out was too, except when someone came by to pick up the payment. It's in a less touristy area, more where the locals stay, so at night it's quieter and you can find cheaper warungs to eat at.
