I appreciated that the Hotel provided me a nasi goreng hot take away breakfast when I had to depart at 4.30 am one Sunday morning for a pre-dawn departure from the airport.

Some properties of the hotel needs repair and some door handle need to replace with new door handle.thr staff sometimes forget to put two towel for my room.i need to remain them all the time.for the breakfast the hotel didnt put diet food.

The bathtub dirty and hot water not working at night. Since i always shower late night before sleep unfortunately hot water not working. The room has carpet on floor which looks dark color and dirty. Better keep floor without carpet.

i like big cozy room with city view. The swimming pool looks nice but did not have chance to try due to limited time. Gorgeous view upon rooftop coffee shop during sunset .. trully gorgeous .. trully peacefull

The hotel is one of first big ones in Kupang and is really tired. The bedroom although it had been cleaned felt dirty. The carpet really was dirty and vey stained. It’s the first thing you notice when you walk in. It looks really grubby. Ans the room didn’t smell good. The bathroom stunk ! The drains constantly smelt of rotten eggs. We had to keep the door closed all the time. The sink tap was lose. There was no hot water in the shower. I hesitate to say it even got warm despite large hot and cold signs. It was just cold all the time. The silicone was coning away from the tiles and there was black mould in the shower. The loo seat looks like a child’s seat has been put on to an adult loo and way too small so you are sitting on the porcelain really. There is a small fridge but it was hardly worth having as it didn’t keep things cold. There are bedside lights on both side of the bed but only one switch on one side that does both lights and no power points on one side at all. Two other power points didn’t work at all. Really disappointing and I wouldn’t go back or recommend staying here when there are plenty of other place to choose from.

The large swimming pool and outdoor area were great as was the balcony. The bed was big and firm and comfy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great and plenty to eat.

after 12 houres driving to get there i was told iam not booked in. i got the confirmation from the Hotel! We had to put up in the end wih Rooms we did not want.

The Gym was closed under construction but no mention on website. Faucet was broken and loose and it was leaking under the sink on our feet. Manager did not offer to fix or anything. Manger just shrugged Bad Wi-Fi in lower room. Carpet was old and gross. Not sure if they even vacuumed it. Should be replaced with tile or other flooring. I am amazed at how poorly the chalking is in the bathroom and shower. Looks like a toddler did it. I don’t understand how you hire maintenance workers with no real skills.

customer service, no hot water, not properly clean rooms, noise from adjacent road, noise from revelry night club downstairs and, to top it off cleaner polishing corridors floors at 2.30am in the morning next to my room. unbelievable noise!!!!!
