Amazing views and great pool! Staff were great!!

It was too far away from the main area/ beach, lovely area if you want to stay out of the way and relax by the pool, but too far from restaurants and the beach to walk, plus the road up there was quite rough and taxis were about $15AUD each way. Also the shower head in our hut was just a hose.

The bathroom door was really hard to close. I booked 3 rooms and they all had issues, mainly in the bathroom. There were also other guests that were partying at the pool till like midnight and a beeping coming from reception that kept me awake which I mentioned to host but didn't get a response.

Nothing to eat, the restaurant and breakfast was closed and when you arrive late at night after 24h of travelling didn’t felt like going out for diner

The location is a little outside of the touristy zone so really nice to stay to chill and relax far from the animation

The rooms were clean, but wasn’t anywhere to put towels or books or just things. Suitcases on floor so always bending down sorting through case. We had 2 rooms because we had 3 of us and only suited 2 person per room. But I found a ladder in the second bathroom so I used that to hang wet towels. Would have been hood having one each room? Also shower was a hose sticking out of pipe. It was genius. Bit old school, not luxury, but did the job.

Omg it was incredibly beautiful. The infinity pool was magic. It was the most calming, peaceful, tranquil place. Staff went above and beyond. We had our 11 yo old daughter travelling with us, she slotted in perfectly. Loved how it sat up in the hills away from main drag.

Amazing view from rooms and pool. A bit far from the beach, but you can't take a taxi - scooter - to get anywhere on the island. Nice food - breakfast pancakes and lunch/dinner seafood grill 😋 Sunrise is one of the best ever seen.

The rooms we got were dated, and the shower wasn't in a good condition. The rooms were too dark because of the wooden walls. We expected more for the price we paid, but over all we had a nice experience there

Road to the place is really bad. The place has potential but needs maintanance and fixing a lot of small broken things. Swimming pool wasn't clean and had broken tiles and lights. Breakfast was very basic. Not all of the huts have a great view.

The view is amazing. Staff helped us organize boat tickets and rested scooters for us.

Shower needs updating

The staff here are incredible and helpful, the view is spectacular and the pool was lovely. There are nice places to eat nearby. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrises with my family is one of my fondest memories of our time on Lembongan. The rooms were definitely a bit more rustic than I expected, however the beds were super comfortable and there was everything we needed. The shower was fine for us, however fussier folks might not appreciate the rustic charm. There were a lot of steps to our room.

Room wasnt replenished with restroom towels or paper. Some broken tiles in bathroom. Kitchen had limited food. The roads were very broken for scooter travel which made it hard.

Very peaceful with stunning views. Staff are very easy going and helpful. Great price. If you're up for an adventure and some seclusion it's perfect.

Some of the tiles in the pool were broken and my daughter cut herself, the door to the bathroom was broken and didn’t close properly, the restaurant for evening meal was open but very very limited on what there was. One night all the water had been turned off, and no staff around to sort it until the morning.

Lovely location, although a long way from anywhere. Great views and very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were helpful and friendly.

- wifi didn‘t really work sometimes - the hotel is a little in the nowhere (a really bumpy road) the driver from mushroom bay wasn’t able to find it so it took us like 45 min to get there. You can’t find it on google maps, so the best app to get the directions is APPLE MAPS. All the other ones let us to different streets that don’t exist.

Towels could be changed and beds could be made , doesn't need to be everyday but once every other. Could potentially run a shuttle service from hotel to town.

the bathroom was very dirty. we asked for one of our huts locks to be fixed but unfortunately the lock was broken for the entire stay. the property is very far from everything.

Good to know the Hut's located in Ancak village which is far from the vibes and beaches.

The service was excelent by side of the staff they solved all the needs. The view was the same as on the picturs and the sunnrise is breathtaking. The room was confortable and clean. If you looking for a pleasant place for relaxing, I can reccomand this place.

The light at the door of the room is broken and needs to be repaired. Hope to provide more choices of motorcycles, because the location of the hotel is indeed far away. So I think it is very important to solve the traffic problem of the guests, and maybe add big motorcycles, quad bikes and other options.

The hotel is in a very beautiful setting, arguably one of the most beautiful hotels on lembongan, facing the sea, with an infinity pool, detached chalets and very good value for money. The only downside is that it is a little bit far from the city, but since the island is so small, you can get there very quickly by renting a motorbike. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and we recommend staying there!

- Too bad the bar was closed, would have liked to get some drinks to enjoy the view. - The location is a bit remote, but this makes it a quite spot on the island. There are some good warungs within walking distance (maximum 5 min. walking)

- The view was amazing! - Nice pool - Breakfast was good - The snorkelingtrip we booked via the accomodation was amazing! And for a good price. - Scooter rent is available - Bed was comfy and the ac worked - Room was big and there was a small fridge

I bit disappointed to get the hotel, the way Is very bumpy and not easy to find the place. The property needs maintenance, the garden, the bar and breakfast area, the room is good for value but could be better with some improving. The hotel has potential to be one of the best place to stay in Lembongan but the place is bit under maintenance.

The property is amazing and the views are out of this world. The staff is very friendly and always ready to make the experience over the top. Special mentioned to Citra best person that I met in my Trip in Bali.
