AC was not cool enough even though the temperature was read 18 degrees and full fan mode. Especially at day time. I did call staff to check however noone came and check the AC.

Friendly staffs and good location where spas, restaurants, pharmacy and convenience store in front of the hotel. 5 mins walk to discovery mall.

I don’t feel my room was as clean as it could be. The water was never warm enough for a shower this was reported daily by other guests. My toilet seat was broken and the fridge didn’t work, when I reported these things they did offer to repair them but I was checking out the next day so I said it could wait. When I first arrived my room wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest so they offered me another one, that room was too smelly to stay in smelling strongly of damp and mould and a stagnant pool outside on the balcony. I feel that that room hadn’t been used since covid shutdown . So I chose to wait until my original room had been cleaned, about half an hour.

My room was huge and opened up to the pool. I liked having a ground floor room. My bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Very old bathroom and furniture. The worst part is the smill of water in the bathroom. Very noisy at night, poor isolation of sounds from the street.

The hotel's central location on the main road is a huge plus. This makes it easy to explore the city center and access various amenities.

Doors and windows aren’t noise proof so children scream and even walk noises were super annoying

If you swim all of guests can see you. The location of swimming pool is very weird. And the room was bit noisy at all night long.

The shower did not work properly, and it's the second time this happened to me in this hotel. The pool it's said that is open at 8:00am but it was only free to use after 11:00am. The staff is very nice and friendly, but at the afternoon, I asked to the front desk to call me a taxi, but instead they suggested to call a private car for me, and they charged me 250.000 rupiah. It was only a 13 minute drive so i don't know if this is fair, I think the taxi would be cheaper.

I had a problem and the night shift staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He went beyond to help me find a solution and was very friendly. I am very thankful for his service.

A lot of the rooms had interconnecting doors & were quite noisy with other guests & not so relaxing. Step in bath/shower was hard to get in and out as quite high & slippery. Buffet breakfast was OK, but always cold, best to ask for it to be microwaved.

Location and large rooms, beds were very comfy & rooms clean. We were on ground floor so easy access to the pool. Friendly Staff

Every day 3am we can hear vibrating sound like from mobile phone for half an hour. We have searched around both rooms however we found nothing and the sound was not come from one of our phones.

Friendly staffs, great location where you can find spa, beauty salon, restaurants and bars, mall, convenience store in front and around the hotel. Decent breakfast and comfortable bed. Room and toilet are quite big. We also got rooms in front of swimming pool.

The breakfast. We tried having some breakfast in the morning that was included but had to leave unfortunately and eat out.

We have stayed before and definitely value for money. We only stayed one night as we arrived late and liked that it was close to airport and they had 24hr reception making check-in easier. Rooms are nice and clean.

The area isn't great, hotel is lovely. If only it was 400 meters down the road.

Pool is great but in need of some repairs, rooms are modern and sleek, but the noise from neighbours in the hotel and the bars around is very disturbing.

Hotel was old and needed an upgrade, Tiles missing and loose in the pool with very uneven floorboards in the pool walkways and a steel bridge that was visibily showing large amounts of rust with parts falling into water. No staff around the pool so you had to walk to find a person to order food or drink so not enough staff
