Firm beds if you like them. Breakfast omelette was the best choice for breakfast.

We had a lovely stay. Great location and beautiful gardens. Nice to swim in the sea in front of hotel. Easy access to beach boardwalk. Staff are very lovely and helpful.

Limited privacy in the downstairs rooms. If you had the blinds open to let in light, anyone walking by could see straight in.

Reasonable price for the location. Rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy. The grounds were cheerful with bougainvilleas and frangipanis and very well maintained. The rooms on the ground floor had limited privacy as the only window was the door. I think the upstairs rooms would be a better option. Direct access to the beach, good breakfast and friendly staff. Also right next door is The Nest if you’d like an excellent massage.

Found staff at restuarant inattentive and poor service. Were often chatting amongst themselves while waiting for service. Had to call them over despite few in restaurant.

Nothing actually. It was a lovely hotel for our last night in Bali.

Right next to the beach. Very very helpful staff. They just carried our heavy bags up the stairs with ease. The hotel restaurant is on the beach, with many other restaurants & market shops close by too. We were able to leave our bags at reception after checking out. Were also offered a room to shower in at no extra fee before our trip to the airport. It was much appreciated. Thank you for your kindness.Little things like this make lasting memories.

The staff whilst all lovely when they did serve you had to go looking for them if you were on the beach . They don’t come around to take an order or pick up dirty plates .

We like twin beds had a great room near pool . It’s old fashioned but it’s more like the old Bali which I like .

The bacon at breakfast, is not bacon.

The staff were wonderful, the pool warm and clean, really liked the huts with the sun beds. The gardens were immaculate, maintenance of the hotel is excellent. Beach clean, lots of restaurants and the new Icon close by.

Lovely flower filled garden leading to the beach. Very comfortable bed with soft pillows which I love. Nice fruit platter in the room. Good lighting for reading at night. Good choice at breakfast in a beautiful location overlooking the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. I stay here by choice regularly when I leave and return to Bali

Building next door and no mention of that when booking. Small balcony in sun all day long. Too hot and cramped to enjoy. The enormous apartment complex being built next door will surely impact what privacy there is on the balcony etc.

We are regualr twice yearly visitors to Sanur for years but first time staying in this type of accommodation ( large hotel style). Great spot beachfront and access to street also.Great restaurants in every direction. Nice staff. Beautiful Balinese gardens. Good aircon. Comfortable room. Overall a lovely stay but def overpriced for what we paid, but it was high season and we booked reasonably late. It was booked out entirely during our stay. Would stay again. 2 doors down from the new "Icon" shopping centre. We do love this "end" of Sanur. Easy to get grab or gojek anywhere.

I got feeling breakfast supervisor bullies the staff. He was very rude to me about signing for a purchase.

We were upgraded to bungalow room, which we would stay in again. Bed very comfy, room very clean, air conditioning worked well.

The construction site next door, but the hotel can't do much about that. Liked how they supplied eye masks and ear plugs.

In one of the rooms there was a horrible smell in the bathroom. Probably an incident with the waterlock of one of the drains.

Location is perfect. Nice rooms with ample facilities. Nice refreshing pool. Very nice personell.
