While the food quality and the food variety is outstanding compared to other options on Lombok, there is still room for improvement (e.g. making the meals a bit more authentic) compared to international standards. No worries though, you will enjoy the food! But I encourage the staff to continue improving the recipes and to keep learning.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and discreet too - e.g. when making our room and (happens in the evening on a day) when preparing our room for the night. Our room included a private pool which we regularly used (1,60m deep, awesome for adults, watch out if you have children). The dinner events were also fun. The location right at the beach with a view to the sunset and on the Vulcan from Bali is amazing.

Loved our stay here! The staff are amazing and the location is divine - laying by the pool watching the ocean and surfers. The food was delicious from the Indonesian restaurant, we didn't try the other 2 at the resort but they looked great. Very peaceful place to relax.

The shampoo and soap in the bathroom were very harsh on my skin and hair. Lack of insect life and birds.

Every member of staff was amazing especially Rian. So friendly and helpful. The setting by the sea was perfect and the 3 pools were incredible. The room was very comfortable and I loved the outside bathroom.

I'm amazed how some guests can find something to complain about. There's nothing I didn't like about this place - maybe having to leave !

I don't know who created the menu, but he/she is a genius! I spent 4 nights at Qunci and had all my meals at the hotel - all the dishes were spectacular! They have everything under the sun - Italian, Asian, sandwiches, vegetarian options, soups, pizza, etc... and everything was delicious! The staff is the best! Genuinely good people, going beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. (Jo, Sari, Yuli,...) I booked a cycling tour in the reception and it was amazing! I went to have a massage at the Qamboja Spa every day! Reasonable prices and they know what they are doing. The room was big, clean, and well decorated and with 4 bottles of water free per day. I love the frangipani flowers on my bed! Such a nice touch! Oh, and watching the sunset by the pool!!! What was that pink and purple sky!? It was jaw-dropping! It was one of the best hotel experiences I've had!

I liked everything.

It’s a beautiful property. The art all around is beautiful. I had the villa with private pool. The pool was very clean and nice!! The bed is comfortable. I am vegan. The chef prepared a vegan menu for me. There a lot of choices and all were very good. I got a four hour spa treatment by some very professional technicians in their beautiful spa. I loved my stay at this resort.

Not much to not like. I would have loved to swim at beach but it's not a swimming beach. There's also not many places to walk to outside of hotel but that's ok it didnt bother us too much given the food and hotel was so lovely. Perfect to unwind before we went to Gili Islands .

stayed 4 nights . The food served at both restaurants was superb for a hotel. No breakfast buffet which was great (which means minimal food wastage which is important to us) and fresh. Large variety and really just perfect. The staff were exceptional. The Staff at the spa were all exceptional. I loved the "real" ginger tea served after each treatment. Rooms clean. The grounds of the hotel were well cared for just beautiful. I really loved this hotel.

Excellently well run resort. Staff were outstanding and food was super delicious with lots of variety. Preferred the ala carte breakfast to the buffet breakfasts offered at most other resorts. About 30min drive to Gili Islands so good location. We loved every minute. Worth upgrading to an ocean front room.

We really like the Quince!! This was our second time there. The staff is excellent, the spa excellent massages, breakfast and dinner are amazing by the beach! Our only disappoint was the pool area seating, the lounge chair cushions and some umbrellas were poorly patched and stained. I know towels can cover this when seating but still was disappointing after our previous visit. That being said we would still go back for another stay!
