Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is good within walking distance of the Alun Alun with many options for dining & the buffet breakfast excellent. The staff are friendly & accommodating with always a smile & willing to assist.

What I especially appreciate is the friendliness of the staff. If I could highlight a few people who do their job extremely well, it would be Devita at reception, super friendly, always helpful and patient with a big smile, Dimas, a multi-talent at the bar, who creates delicious, own drinks, speaks excellent English and provides excellent service and Roy, marketing manager, who makes the stay in the hotel very pleasant through his hospitality and enthusiasm.

IndonesiaThe one thing that can be a concern by some people, it can be a bit noisy from other guests chatting, laughing in the hallway or noises from outside the building. I personally don't get affected by these noises.
Our stay at Quest Hotel was pleasant, the room is spacious enough, service was good, friendly and helpful staff. Our room has got a pool view and a balcony. Water is refillable from the aqua dispenser, so less plastics; thumbs up. The hotel is in good location, walking distance to a big shopping mall, to the famous Toko Oen, and many other shops.
