The owner and his wife live there and they are extremely nice and friendly people. They helped us from arrival during our whole stay. Even when we asked for breakfast or lunch, it was on our table in a short time. We also got advice where to go and what to see. Easy parking. The place itself is beautiful. Drinking water is provided in balloons. Beds are wide and super comfy. View from the room to the garden is fantastic. Fast internet. Great value for money. Lots of things to do around.

Billy the owner is the most helpful and kind person. We felt so welcomed and he could help us with anything. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The beds are so comfy!! Very nice garden and pool. I would definitely come back!

ALL was amazing!!!! The accommodation is really great, and we are recommending it to all our friends. The most comfortable bad ever in Bali. You can also rent a good bike at a good price. We will come back with our kids next time.

The best part about Pier 26 was Billy the owner (Papa Billy). Such a lovely man who makes sure anyone staying at Pier 26 is looked after. It is in a lovely setting, quiet and peaceful with a nice pool. Billy's family made us some lovely breakfasts and dinner when we ordered. Our room was clean with a nice rain shower, good hot water. Because Pier 26 is up in the hills near Nusa Dua, you need to catch taxis or use a scooter to get to town and restaurants. Not really an area to walk the roads.

We had very nice stay here, the owner is very nice and friendly. The accommodation was clean and the price/performance ratio was perfect. We also received a welcome drink and free water was also available. We totally recommend this place.

Beautiful cottage surrounded by a wonderful garden. Billy and his wife were so friendly and caring. There were plenty of cheap local restaurants around. It was the best stay I had on my Indonesian trip. I highly recommend staying there.

nothing it was perfect

An absolutely wonderful stay. I don’t think I have ever experienced the level of welcome and care that my daughter and I were attended to by Pak Billy. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay with everything we needed. The room we stayed in was beautifully equipped, with facilities that exceeded what I would expect for the price. It also was kept immaculately clean. Set in magical gardens with a beautiful pool, this was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I also really appreciated the beautiful communal kitchen looking over the garden, where I could make healthy snacks for my daughter. I am so glad I booked here and cannot rate this place highly enough. It definitely earns its high review score. We will be back: Especially excited to return once the yoga space is completed. Something Billy is building, not to make money off but as an extra space for his guests to enjoy. Another indication that he is deeply concerned for his guests comfort over all other considerations.

Billy was the best host. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He gave us tips on where to eat and places to visit. The rooms were big and comfortable and the pool area was great to cool down. It was also great to have refillable water.

Billy is a wonderful owner. He took care of us so that we were happy with our stay. He lent us his private scooter. We had a minor accident and damaged the scooter. Billy was more concerned that we were okay than about the damage to the scooter. The rooms are located in separate bungalows. They are very clean, they were cleaned every day. Guests have at their disposal a large and very clean outdoor swimming pool surrounded by tropical vegetation. The facility is located on a slight hill, away from a busy street, so it is very quiet there. At the same time, the nearest beaches are several kilometers away and a scooter ride takes a few minutes. There is a large shop and several small restaurants nearby. To say goodbye, Billy brought us delicious coconuts that tasted wonderful.

Nothing , the only suggestion is an outdoor shower next to the pool;)

I booked the garden view room; it's huge, super clean, with a mini-bar and tables and a bench on the terrace—perfect for reading in the shade. The pool was well maintained, cleaned right after I arrived, and the sunbeds were nicely shaded in the morning. Billy, Carina, and the staff were awesome; Billy sorted out the bikes for us and always gave quick replies to our WhatsApp messages asking for tips and info. The place is spot on if you're biking, just 10/15 minutes to the beaches and other spots. There's a mini-market 5 minutes away and a cool local diner up the hill. Big thanks to Billy for the amazing hospitality; this place is a definite recommend!

Very cute and cosy. Loved the beds and the room set up. Pool was lovely, in a nice and quiet area, not too many people and traffic around. Rooms are simple but very nice. Includes drinking water and a fridge. Hosts are the best you will ever meet!
