Friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. The room was large and clean. Aircon worked brilliantly. The swimming pool was perfectly situated. Excellent location, in the middle of the main street, yet still peaceful. My second stay but not my last.

Bathroom was very very smelly and the shower flooded the whole bathroom each time we had a shower. They only provided one tiny bottle of water per person.

The pool and the breakfast were delicious. Location was spot on.

There is no buggy in the resort, there's alot of walking and not convenient for people with kids, elderly or people of determination. The furniture is old with lots of insects. No proper shampoo or soap in washroom Phone in room does not work. The breakfast buffet is very dirty, the utensils are all crusty and not cleaned properly. Since the buffet is outdoor they need to keep the food closed so there are no bugs, but everything is kept open and u see ants and bugs everywhere.

I didn’t like the bedroom’s smell, was smelling like a mold. But was really clean, the housekeeper came every day. The breakfast was good just the food was a little cold, but the coffee was so good!

The Villas are amazing. Friendly staff! Perfect location, good restaurants, shops, mini markets so everything you need around.

Food is deliciously served with the top Bali service with smile. Felt always at home with their fine hospitality. Breakfast options are fantastic, though didn’t have lunch, the dinner experience was top notch.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The buffet breakfast food was mostly cold without much of a selection.

Because of the terrain there are lots of steep pathways and stairs of uneven heights (not suitable for people with any mobility issues).

We stayed in the villas at back of probably lucky it had a back entrance . As there were many steps and pathways to get to our villa. Okay if your fit. My advise for elderly get a front room not villa.

There are some steep pathways to the villas. There is a back entrance to the other side of the resort which WA lucky.

The location was great everything a short walk away. It was amazing seeing monkeys so close.

The grounds need work, slippery mossy paths with massive hills to walk to accommodation (especially the pool villas). Resort needs a buggy to transport guests like they used to. Plunge pools in villas and main pool have broken tiles and heaps of bull ants so you can’t enjoy the sun beds + mossy slippery paths from Villa to pool. The staff are very non responsive in communication leading up to the stay and after booking 7 months out and requesting 3 twin rooms (2 beds in the room) they could only offer me 1 on arrival. I booked 7 rooms.

Lovely stay but for breakfast at least could have bali food not basic breakfast, villa doesn't get mop, not much information about the resort what you offered where is the entrance and back entrance, the room doesn't come with a list of number you could call for reception or food ordered nothing been told what a disappointment

Some of the things in the room were old and needed some repairs. My room had a pretty old ac unit and I couldn’t set the speed or air direction.

Very beautiful resort with lots of plants located 10 minutes from the monkey sanctuary on the main street of Ubud. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly.

Room was located at the far end of reception counter. Not recommend for the mobility impaired. Lack of security at Jalan Bisma entrance.

Centrally located in the heart of Ubud. Walking distance to Ubud Art Market, Monkey Forest, Campuhan Ridgewalk, multiple food outlets, cafes and bars.

It was very central, surprisingly very quiet for how close we were to the Main Street, it was generally clean and the staff were very lovely! Breakfast was quite good as it was buffet and the pool was very nice with sun pretty much all day
