The room we stayed in was tired and in need of updating and the pool in our villa was green in areas which put me off using it.

Only 2 small negatives - pillows were very fat so if you like a thinner pillow bring your own with you. They cleaned the pool (both private and main pool) everyday but they did need a bit of a thorough clean. There was green algae and sediment on the bottom.

Excellent location. Room immaculately clean. Very friendly staff. Older style but that was part of the charm. Gardens were absolutely incredible. Others have said breakfast got a bit repetitive but we found it was good. Room and private pool area really good size. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. It was a fantastic resort

We loved the beautiful gardens, the villas were well maintained and the staff were so friendly. Location was close to Pantai Duyung and also the shops and restaurants. The swimming pool in the resort was nice with gardens surrounding it. The best part was having our own pool at our villa .It was absolutely amazing.

The bathroom is a little bit dated (toilet often didn’t flush well). Only suggestion would be to add shade umbrellas over the loungers next to the private pool

Hot water too hot, doors don’t close properly, in need of maintenance to some bedroom fixtures which have either rotted or falling off, maintenance work done really loudly next to us around 5pm on one day and staff should be mindful to not talk loudly.

Ceiling started leaking on our last day due to rain but they said theyd fix asap.

The villa itself was fantastic. Had everything we needed. It was large and cosy. The private pool was cute and picturesque. We loved the privacy of the room. The share pool was just as good and the garden was gorgeous. The staff were great and really looked after us. We also had a massage at nearby Parigata resort and spa (sister hotel) and this was amazing also.

Recently there are many people just roaming about the gardens taking photos. It's weird. I'm not sure what's going on, if suddenly there are that many guests that are so self-obsessed as to take photos of themselves all the time, or if they are non-guests just using the premises for some odd reason. While the private areas are great, they can become really hot and closed in. Ceiling fans don't do much to help. A floor fan would have been great.

It's beautiful and so nice. We love coming here and return every time we go to Bali.

I absolutely loved my stay! Unfortunately there was an issue with electricity on my first night but the stay were amazing and did their best and compensated me and I was very happy.

Didn't quite meet our first impression and expectations.. Poor electrical layout... no provision to charge phones because to turn off all lights at night all outlets were turned off.

Good location 4 minutes to Sanur Beach and restaurants. Nice private pool. Good breakfast.

Only one vanity basin but this is an older setting. Still an amazing place to stay. Nit picking is a diservice to this beatiful place.

Beautiful garden setting,central communal pool plus own private pool leading from our room. Comfortable and cleaned every day. Safe and secure. Centrsl location between shops and Sanur beach. Breakfast amazing. Rustic but beautful. Friendly people. Air conditioned. Private space.

Beautiful hidden away paradise within walking distance to everything lower Sanur (best part in my opinion). The staff are genuinely incredibly kind and thoughtful people. I could not recommend this place enough.

A little piece of paradise tucked away from the busy streets. Lovely spacious room with our own private pool, breakfast every morning, access to a larger pool, friendly helpful staff, gorgeous gardens, and affordable. Would return in a blink

Nice clean villa and garden. The private pool is fantastic, nice size and deep. Breakfast a la carte was nice. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants. Good quality bikes for rent at the hotel. The garden is really beautifull.
