The only thing I could say is to maybe add another mirror in the room as the 1 small mirror in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient for 2 people.

Beautiful and peaceful grounds. The room itself was massive with a huge bathroom. Amazing pool overlooking the jungle. We also got massages which were very good and at a cheap price. Great location as well, on the street of an adorable art market and just off the main road with great selection of restaurants. Could not recommend this hotel enough.

Mold smell in the deluxe pool facing room . The owner said they will be getting a dehumidifier ( pls make sure this is available before you book ) No plug point unless I remove the table lamp plug Extremely tiny bottles of water AC display doesn't show what is the temperature

We were originally shown the lower garden room, however walking in this smelt musty, but they were able to provide us with an alternative room without any hassle.

A nice resort hotel on the north side of Ubud. Close to central street and walks to rice fields, but quiet. Breakfast was good, ordering the night before for breakfast delivered to your balcony. We used the Spa, which was cheap and very good.

We loved the location of this property which is accessible via the ubud art street. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of busy Ubud. The breakfast was brought to our room every morning & it was delicious! The pool was clean & the staff extremely friendly & welcoming! Would recommend 100% for a nice stay in Ubud.

There were tiny ants in the room, entering from the terrace. This was unpleasant as they climb up to the place where there are kettle and cups for your tea, and inside your luggage. During daytime, taxi don't drop you off or pick up in front of the hotel, because the road is full of vendors and tourists and becomes too narrow, but it is just a very sport walk down to Ubud palace. So it becomes an issue only if you have heavvy luggages or have mobility issues. There is also no elevator to the second floor rooms, but they help you carry up and down the luggage.

I had the best sleep theoughout my holiday in Bali. The. Place is beautiful, quiet, clean and the garden with the two pools is really beautiful. They offer breakfast, laundry service and spa teeatment. Location is simply the best you can have in Ubud.
