We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandIt was a biiiiiit far from the town but this really is luxurious complaining and ofc I knew this before booking. By scooter you‘re totally fine and the quiet was very worth it for me.
Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place. Cute little bungalows, amazing pool area. Good size, not crowded. I loved the outside shower! This place was recommended to me and I am not disappointed. Everything worked out just fine.

United StatesThe place is not very close to any of the main beaches so there are limited options for food. You definitely need a scooter/grab/gojek to get anywhere. There is no dedicated person on the reception, so it can be difficult to get hold of someone at times.
The place was clean and comfortable. They had the option to rent scooters from the same place, so that was convenient. The wooden bungalow was spacious.

United StatesIf you are looking for a "luxury hotel" this obviously is not it.
For the price, this was an amazing value. Felt very safe, and staff was friendly. They do not include free breakfast but they have reasonably priced options that you can order for breakfast and lunch. The location is on a very quiet street. You do need to take a car or scooter to get anywhere. The hotel has scooters for rent.

We had the most relaxing and comfortable stay at Ocho. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We loved hanging poolside reading a book or just relaxing with an Indonesian coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

GermanyThe accommodation is half an hour away from the “central” of uluwatu. It was our mistake that we didn’t notice that while booking. There is a breakfast offered but there isn’t any vegan option available.
The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. We also got our room cleaned as we wished for it. It was very calm and there is a supermarket nearby. It was relaxing at the pool and the staff were very nice.

Friendly staff, helpful, the room was spacious and clean, nice bed, big bathroom, outdoor shower. Pool is amazing and clean, we could use it after checkout cuz we had to wait for our flight. Free towels.

United Arab Emirateswoke up in the morning found cigarette bud in my balcony, someone must have smoked it in the night and sat on my balcony that quite creepy. forgot to tell the reception about it. Breakfast needs to upgrade as the eggs was burnt and hash brown very oily and burnt as well. full breakfast is not recommended
friendly staff, i messaged him before it arrives and he replied me with details which i love about. very responsive. i was very tired and there is no phone in the room , i have requested all my breakfast and stay through whatsaap and he replied it promptly. specious room with bath up and pool view as promised i am satisfied . reception is very close and available 24/7
