Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndonesiaVery very strategic location, 3 mins walk from Yoga Barn and Pison Coffee, 1 min from Tukies. I got a great view of paddy fields, and the rooms are well maintained. Although the water heater is powered by solar, sometimes at night time there's limited hot water.

Very affordable in a great location. Hot running water. Nice view to the rice fields. Staff was able to answer our questions in person or on WhatsApp.

IndonesiaThis place is in a great location! clean air conditioned room . Lovely coffee shop attached . I wasn’t sure what to expect for this price. I was pleasantly suprised. I’m a writer and solo traveler . This was perfect for that . They also had a great parking area for my scooter . my room overlooked rice fields it was awesome . You can hear some traffic but at night it’s a minimum .
