The room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. There is a dog that barks constantly at night time.

The location was great, restaurants, bars, beach everything close by. There was a pool, we didn’t use it but looked nice. Very good aircon in the room. Good shower, nice balcony (although not a great view as we were in the end room). We’d stay here again.

Greta value property if it’s free you should book it! Location is amazing, right on the beach yet still really quite. The pool is really nice and clean and just as pictured. The rooms are as described basic but everything you need, showers were hot and air con worked well. We had a twin room and the bed were massive and comfy. To top it off the family are super helpful and helped us with booking ferries.

Everything was a bit dated and seemed a bit grotty..however for the price it was great - I just always wore jandals in the shower.

I did not have any problems relating to the property.

Great location, quiet yet close to cafes, shops and easy walk down the lane to the beach. The room was large with good air con, a big bathroom with hot shower. Owners/staff very accommodating and helpful. The pool was lovely and clean and great area to chill. I was able to rent a scooter on site to get around the island. It is a little run down compared to photos on booking.com but hey overall you get what you pay for. We needed somewhere for a night in-between accommodation & this was it.

Location was great on jungut batu main strip. & beach at end of lane way. Scooter easily rented pool cool & refreshing. Room was basically a bed but for what more can you expect for $15aud a night air-conditioning was pretty good. 2 house dogs & a friendly cat 🐈

The AC wasn’t particularly strong but good enough. I couldn’t get the wifi to work but it wasn’t a problem because there was such good signal

The bathroom was a bit ick and there was hair on the floor. But you get what you pay for.

The location is fantastic, fabulous large room with balcony & amazing pool. This place is very affordable & I’d stay again.

The pool steps are VERY slippery

For the price this place cannot be beaten! Super close to the beach, off the main road, air conditioning, pool and best of all friendly cats!

Really minor things which might be important for other travellers to know: With great location, comes some traffic noise, but fine with ear plugs. Also, curtains block very little light, but it is fine with eye mask. Would be great to have some soap.

Great location, big and nice balcony. I always had hot water. Th AC was silent in comparison to many others. It is also placed well; not directly blowing over the bed.

Clean, warm water, AC worked well, and on a quiet street. 2min walk down the same street and you’re at the beach. Staff was helpful in booking my transfer to Gili T. Only accepts cash.

- Down a slightly dark lane when walking before sunrise/at night (but only 1 min from the Main Street - bring a torch! ) - were some ants but told them and the problem was sorted! - room was basic with no kettle or coffee/tea and no wardrobe (but I bought the hanging rack from outside into the room so wasn’t an issue!) - no toiletries provided so bring your own

- would stay here again & would recommend for anyone looking for cheap and great value for money accommodation in lembongan!! - beds were so comfy!! Pillows and duvets really comfy - air con worked well - pool was nice and never particularly busy - 3 minute walk down the lane to the beach - 1 min to the main road with massage / supermarket / restaurants on the doorstep - really quiet at night! Had no issues with any noise or cockerels or anything here. Just off the main road so nice and quiet. - staff were super helpful, accommodating and friendly. I was staying for a few weeks for my yoga teacher training course so they Helped to organise to get a gallon of water for only 30,000, cleaned the room and changed bedding and towels on request and were really accommodating and let me do late checkout before my 12.30 boat! - staff not always at reception desk other than ferry arrival times but easy to contact via WhatsApp if needing anything

Could use a lamp at bedside for night. Perhaps upgrade on bath towels, quite small, flimsy n a bit threadbare. Pool steps VERY slippery even tho pool deep and appeared clean. Maybe update pool lounge cushions

For $16 Aus a night, there was little to not like or complain about. Beds, king single, were very comfortable with clean bedding, good A/C, reasonable bathroom with hot water, nice pool. Bintang colder and cheaper than local stores, bonus! Lovely family run place. Would deffo stay again

The house doesn’t have much security, no external door or gate, but obviously your room is locked. The area is also quiet and nice /safe.

The pool, room was nice, not much storage space. Loved the view of a typical lane , lots of trees and flowers. The staff always look after the plants in the garden looks nice, but they only clean your room every 3 days. The area is lovely lots of restaurants, be careful as the souvenir shops are western prices. The lane where the house is leads directly to the beach 2 min walk. Very beautiful.
