Breakfast was disappointing. Like mg queues at egg station and no real butter. Choices were minimal but ok for a short stay. I enjoyed the breakfast at the Genius cafe much more.

It’s very tired… it needs updating in a bad way. We had stains on our sheets. Breakfast was just ok. Why only beef bacon? Your target market definitely eats pork bacon. Sausages were gross. If you’re serving pancakes and waffles you need maple syrup. A more diverse selection of fruits too.

The location is great and everything was clean. Air conditioning was cold.

Room could be upgraded as small things had to be fixed eg fridge stopped working , door on cupboard off hinges and no choice of pillows the 2 being very high .

For someone in a wheelchair the beachfront location and long boardwalk was excellent but the pebble paths a little uncomfortable. The pools were great and not overcrowded.

There is no gym in this hotel - all other services are well established.

Hotel is large garden-like area with separate buildings having around 4 rooms/building. Most customers are senior citizens, so hotel area is quiet and peaceful. Location is great beside the beach, but swimming on ocean is limited due to large tide changes. Sanur city area is mainly for oldish tourists with plenty of restaurants.

The rooms are very tired. And I know it’s the end of wet season but they really had that damp musty smell.

The resort is at the end of the boardwalk but the expanse of beach out the front is nice. The staff were all wonderful.

Beach wasnt that nice but ok to still lay on the sunlounges which were well spread out.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Resort was older but it was nice as more traditional. Everything ticked the boxes. Beach wasn't great, however pool was lovely. Nice restaurants in the area within walking distance. Great running track along the beach too!! Breakfast was great - had everything :)

the breakfast was not that facinating and every day was the same thing. As a guest i would like to suggest that breakfast should be of different varities daily and repeat the same the following week instead of having the same menu daily. Room and beach was simply lovely. I would definitely go back to sanur mecure

Construction going on next door to us was a little bit noisy during the day and into the early evening, but it didn't really inconvenience us too much. We had some issues with TV connecting to wifi but staff sorted it for us. Didn't really fancy the breakfast in the restaurant but there was so much choice nearby that it wasn't an issue.

Great pool area, close to beach and restaurants, good value for money. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had very good air conditioning. Location was perfect for what we wanted - a nice, quiet holiday in a not too busy area.

A breathtaking experience in Mercure. The location is absolutely top notch. They have a private beach area. Although the beach is not good for swimming, but you can relax and soak the sun in plenty. The resort is so big that we couldn't see all it's parts. There are two pools which are well maintained. Although we couldn't find the showers in Sahadewa pool so couldn't dip. I dint have breakfast so can't comment on that The staff is absolutely lovely. They greet you with genuine smile everytime. They epitomize Bali people in general. Will surely visit again when I need a hotel in South Bali.
