Looks exactly like the photos. Beautiful villa, very clean, and friendly staff. Our toddler loved the pool and shallow area for her to splash in. We loved our stay at Melrose.

We sometimes noticed a smell from the shower drains but from speaking to locals, it's because of water supply in the area.

Beautiful villa, exactly like the photos. The pool was the perfect temperature and the living area was massive. Not too far from cafes and restaurants. There's a short cut via the back of the villas. Very easy to order grab to the villa for food or further journeys. The staff at Melrose were amazing and so friendly. The cleaners went above and beyond every single day. They even allowed us to view other villas for our next stay. Thank you to Dhana and everyone at Melrose. We'll be back.

We couldn't use the main toilet as it was blocked, and there was a sewerage smell in the main bedroom ensuite.. There could also be more outdoor seating options (small table and chairs) as there were only 2 sun beds.

One of the best villas I have seen! Very premium, beautiful and peaceful. It is very bright, the beds are comfortable and has all the products needed to enjoy a great stay. There’s a walking shortcut that takes directly to the best cafes of the area (like Alchemy) and close to the best beach as well (padang padang). The service was great, thanks to Dhana and also the helpful people who work there like the security guard.

The terrain itself is close to a main street with restaurants, bars etc., but to come there you have to walk on the side of a busy road, which is not ideal.

Location of the accommodation is good. It is on terrain with multiple villas and very well maintained. The villa itself is clean, fresh and up to date to the latest standard. The host of the villas was very nice. A day before arrival I received a message to align on the arrival time and on arrival we got a quick tour.

Info on arrival on connecting to wifi and an other services would be good in a playbook. It’s not easy to walk anywhere without traffic danger so location is slightly challenging to be able to walk anywhere. Need to rent a scooter or Gojek to get around safely. Info in a playbook on this would be helpful plus where the local supermarket or convenience store is for supplies. Including the best restaurants in the area, had to do a lot of googling to find stuff.

The property design, garden, pool and all spaces are great. Alchemy is close by, the enjoyable place to return to or work from.

There were a few details that I thought could have been done a little better however the overall experience was amazing. There needs to the English operational instructions for the room safes and a little less pressure to be out of the room upon check out.

There was no breakfast included but the host had provided details of local suppliers that delivered to the villa and there were also cafes within walking distance. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the pool was amazing. The staff were exceptional and very helpful with an issues we had.

Amazing villa which felt like a home away from home. Beautiful decor, very clean (with staff coming in to clean daily) and had everything we needed. Our daughter loved being in the pool everyday and it is also close to lots of shops / restaurants and yoga / fitness places. Our villa manager Mira tended to our very need and was very accommodating. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

We only had one incident where the main water supply was cut off for a few hours, but the staff organized an engineer to clear the pipe blockage in just an hour or so.

We loved the privacy and having our dedicated pool. The interior design was classy and the villa was super bright and spacious.

The space and facilities in the villa are first class. It really does look like the pictures. Pool is amazing and the kitchenette was fully equipped for what we needed travelling with a baby. Staff very attentive and made up our villa each day so was spotless

I would rate it 12 if had such option. This is an absolute gem and I would love to stay there again and again. Villa no 2 was amazing, spacious, clean, modern and was equipped with everything for short and long stay. Hosts were very friendly and responsive, they helped us to arrange also a scooter. Also we took opportunity to order a breakfast from suggested nearby place which also was amazingly delicious. We were genuinely sorry we had to leave, so don’t doubt when considering this place for your stay in Bali.

Expensive for the location - can’t walk to the beach so need a scooter/car.

Very clean villa with great amenities and large pool. Perfect for friends or with a family. Check in process was smooth, aircon worked well and could not fault the villa. Hosts were also lovely to deal with.
