Some parts of the hotel felt rundown and "cheap" - does not translate to the hefty price we pay for the rooms. Food quality is very low considering the price we paid (again). All in all, I felt this hotel is a bit too expensive for the price they are quoting..

Newly refurbished area, felt a bit like Bali. But it is a huge complex with beautiful refurbishment all along. Breakfast options were plenty. Very family friendly with big pool, and kiddy pool with warm water as well. Hotel transfer from high speed train station was swift, efficient and friendly. Lots of nice restaurants across the street from the hotel.

The rooms are very noisy. One night there was a party in the garden. The noise from the party continues until 10.30PM. Not that nice when you have smaller kids. The other night, there were guests, next door, who turned on the tv until early morning(4PM) Thanks to the hotel staff to help turning that down.

Nice hotel, with lot’s of activities for kids (in the weekend). Swimming pool for adults, for kids and an indoor jacuzzi / sauna. Great breakfast with a variety of choices of asian, local and western choices. In the weekends they also have a kids buffet. We arrived by whoosh and they provided a complimentary shuttle bus from the station to the hotel and back.

Nothing to criticise. Hopefully the management will keep the condition of the hotel as it is or even more as there is rust and a small part of the wall is chipped. Maintenance is the most important thing to do.

The location is easy to reach from Jakarta. 30 minutes by the fast train and less than 10 minutes by taxi. The weather is cool and the air is clean. The room is spacious. The food and drink are good and worth the price.

The dinner in the indonsiean cuisine restaurant was not really good, and its a bit to expensive. Maybe use local dishes and cooks to make it more authentic and tasteful.

The swimming pool was amazing. My youngest daughter, who is 1.5 years old, didn't like water at all, but after she swam in the kiddy pool at the hotel, which is heated and comfortable, she let loose and loved swimming every day, even in the big and slightly colder pool. I love to see her and my other daughter being so happy, swimming and playing at the hotel and using many of the other great facilities.

I tried to rebook at the Mason Pine and prices have gone up to around 250 USD per night, which I'm not sure if it's worth that.

The location is great as only 3 minutes from the express way. The hotel layout is very nice with plenty of room to find a quiet spot.

Location away from attractions in Bandung meant lengthy journeys of 30-90 mins to get there. Not much else to complain.

Friendly and efficient staff at reception and everyone was very helpful. Great hotel with excellent facilities for children and families. Nice location just outside Bandung hence avoiding the traffic to enter the city. Room for children has bunk bed and a slide as well as toys, which my two young girls absolutely loved.

It is large, modern and open hotel which has been beautifully designed and with a feeling of luxury throughout. The pool area was idyllic. The breakfast was extremely varied and delicious.

Its on the river. Hotel staff might consider a community service by cleaning up the river which full of rubbish. It can be seen from our room window. Ps: if you dont clean the river, it will always have the flies problem.

The facility is amazing. Kids loved the pools, many other activities provided. Gym is fantastic!

You can still hear people outside of your room, in the hall while they are walking and talking.

The room and bed were so comfortable and clean. Amenities all good. Breakfast was so good; the pool and kids pool were fantastic. That fresh juice you provided during breakfast was an excellent extra touch that other hotels mostly don't have.

The room floor was dirty. The room temperature was a bit high, I think need to fix the AC. Moreover, the breakfast staffs were so in a hurry. It was only 10am and they started cleaning up the food.
