Everything. The room was a decent size, clean, smelt fresh and the bed and pillows were super comfy. We loved the little outside couch to chill out on, and the swimming pool was perfect after a day out and about. The staff are adorable and friendly, and the owners super helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with great choices. We've been travelling for five months and would have loved to have stayed in a place like this each time 🩷 We definitely recommend staying here and we hope to come back.

Like a hidden gem! We had a wonderful stay here in this little hidden resort. The staff was very nice and very helpful, which made our experience very smooth. The room was well taken care off and spacious. Facilities were in good condition and worked well. Overall, a fantastic stay!

From the moment we stepped through the entry door into Mama Bella's we felt welcome. Check in was friendly and efficient. The property is beautifully maintained and is surrounded by gorgeous well cared for gardens. Our room was large, clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with fab hot water shower. Breakfast was delicious. They can arrange transport and there are also tour options available if you want to fill your days. There was not one thing that we could fault with our stay here, absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

Mama Bella's is a lovely, calm oasis. It was such a relaxing pleasure to stay here. We are two Aussies who stayed four very comfortable nights here and will happy return and reccomend this place. The clean, large rooms are air conditioned and also have ceiling fan. There is a flat screen TV, kettle, fridge, safe and big filtered water bottles in the room. The large bed and pillows we found very comfortable. There is a pleasant under cover outdoor sitting area outside each room with comfy cushions. The pool is sparkling clean and the garden landscaping really enhance this beautiful pool area. Sun loungers surround the pool and there are also two large raised platforms with thatch roof and stacks of cushions which provided us with the perfect place to read and laze around in between swims. The breakfast everyday was delicious and a great choice was available including the usual selection of eggs/ toast/baguette or pancakes or a delicious fruit, yogurt and granola bowl. There was also a vegetarian fried rice option and the choice of a fruit platter or fresh juices as well as tea or coffee. As if all this wasn't wonderful enough all the staff and the young family running Mama Bella's were just so happy and friendly. They are organized, efficient and take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows. Everything was done with a smile and we truly loved staying here and highly recommend it.

This is a real find in Sengiggi.....perfect guest house accommodation for a great price! You are down a back road, but it doesn't matter as the beach isn't worth visiting compared with other fab spots of lombok. Bed comfy. Clean. No bugs and gorgeous garden and pool area. Lovely breakfast 😋.

Such a great place in Lombok! It was my first time in Lombok and I’m more than happy that I have chosen the retreat. It’s very clean, very comfy and people are always friendly and smile. The breakfast was delicious and always a big portion. It’s located in a local area, in front of the retreat is a local warung where you can easily get dinner or lunch for a low price. Otherwise you can walk a bit and you will find many restaurants and supermarkets. The wifi worked always very well.

Only problem we had was that ants kept coming into our room at night. This is probably unavoidable given that the location was a bit more rural, with lots of vegetation.

Beautiful, quiet location, within walking distance of useful shops and not too far from the beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff were always super helpful and friendly. Pool was nice.

A fantastic little traditional style hotel in immaculate condition.Set in beautiful gardens with a delightful pool and yet the rooms had a modern contemporary feel. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were wonderful.We would highly recommend this place. Sadly though we found Senggigi not to our liking.

There is nothing that we don’t like.

There were 5 of us in our group and we were given 3 rooms side by side. The place was clean and well maintained. It was very green with lovely plants and it is the perfect place to relax. Bed was comfortable and the water in the room was a nice touch. There is a safe deposit box in the room which was so useful to us. Every staff we spoke to were so friendly. We were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast served were delicious. The location is very good. We were able to walk out easily and find nice places for meals. No regrets choosing Mama Bella. Great place to stay.
