We had bed bugs in our room and I got eaten alive on the first night. Sprayed fly spray everywhere the next night and it wasn’t as bad…

The living room had no AC unit. Sonic you wanted to watch tv you would be sweating. Villa patio had a few items of garbage (beer bottle cap). Both bathrooms in the villa had bad shower drainage. Water would come up over the edge of the show rock basin and into the sink area / walking area. The music from other resorts would somehow find its way into the bedrooms. Like through the thatched room. It sorta sounded like there was a little speaker in the ceiling. Music from other resorts would stop at 10pm.

We moved to a villa (beachfront villa) from the more basic room for our final night here. Good view of the beach and sunsets. Family or group of 4 people (two pairs) would be nice as the two bedrooms are private from one another. The basic room was better. The staff were great. Very nice and accommodating. Note the beach area bean bag chairs are free to use if you stay here. No need to buy a drink to stay and use.

The lobby area fountain pools could use a cleaning. The resort needs a little maintenance. But overall was clean.

Accommodating staff, treating us well and were fun to chat with. Our booking came with breakfast included. Ate on the beach in the mornings with fast service. Breakfast was average. No complaints. Note - the beach bean bag chairs are free to use if you stay here. No need to buy drinks to use them. At sunset is when the mala garden bar makes its money so they will make sure you buy a drink or just tell them you are staying there. Rooms have a large jug of water in them. Wonderful touch!

Few more options for breakfast would be nice (four to choose from) for those staying several nights. And gluten free options.

We had a villa with pool. Private pool was very big and rooms were lovely. Right on the beach, close to other restaurants and shops. Love cycling around the island. Breakfast on the beach was beautiful.

The noise from the beach bar/ restaurant, our hotel bar/ restaurant. You could feel the bass.

As our room was on ground floor, and our private bathroom was in a way on the open, maybe some fan in the bathroom would be good idea to make it cooler when people are in the room, as we turn on aircondition but when go in bathroom it is hotter then in the room

So beautiful exit to the beach. We enjoyed so much each breakfast we had on the beach. Sunset from here is the best sunset on the island, lazy bags make it more confortable. Having dinner here is also very nice. Very nice garden with big pool looking into the see. Room was big enough and clean. Aircondition was working very well. All stuff was so kind to us. It is possible to rent a bike in hotel.

They could easily get the rating up by installing mosquito nets. In the booking it was mentioned there was a safe in the room, but there was none available. It didn't directly get us into trouble but as we were carrying quite some cash it would have been more reassuring to have one at disposal.

Location was great, exactly what we were seeking. To be honest, a lot of the reviews are a bit negative but in our point of view we got exactly what we were promised. the room was spacious and clean, pool was nice and staff friendly. Breakfast on the beach was really good and nice selection.

Too many mosquitos on the property. Though the staff were helpful and gave the mosquito spray but it was a bit troublesome.

The Villa was quite huge, and the facilities were excellent. The pool was huge and beautiful. Breakfast at the beach was a relaxing experience. The food was delicious too. The location was tranquil, and away from the hustle and activity of the jetty area.

They have amazing swimming pools but they weren’t working and the poolbar hasn’t been touched in that looked like years.

On the quiet side of Gili T and gets beautiful sunsets. Staff lovely and very helpful. Rooms simple but clean and smart, comfy beds. Location great. Breakfast on the beach is great. Very happy to recommend this hotel

Pool was in desperate need of a clean, other spa facilities were still closed due to covid although other spa facilities on the island were open. Restaurant was more expensive than the fancy hotel next door with a cinema. Pool bar wasn't open and was dirty and being used as a storage area. Our room wasn't cleaned and the water was never refreshed

Bed was huge and comfortable. Open air bathroom was beautiful. Great location and views.

We had the villa with private pool, it was really nice, both the oool, rooms and livingroom was bigger than expected. It was idyllic to have breakfast at the beautiful beach, good food, great service, so nice and quiet, 30 min walk from the harbour, easy to rent a bike next door (30k). I really don’t understand what’s not to like about this place, real value for money!

We assumed a private villa would be private, but directly above your garden space were the balconies of 2 smaller rooms. When the occupants were home and talking it was almost as if you had them in your own garden.

The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and looked out to the beach. The place is on a nice quiet section of the island, but there are still plenty of food and drink options along this section of beach.
