Breakfast buffet may not as good as 5-star grade, not many options either. If I did not find cockroach on my bed and bathroom, even on the food one time in the breakfast buffet, the hotel would be so great that I would like to go again. I hope this would be fixed.

Outdoor beach front swimming pool was really awesome. Especially water in the pool touches the wave in the sea and blue sky presented wonderful photo and such big strong magnificent waves on the beach as well. Unforgettable! The waves were big and roaring insane. The beach and the waves under sunset WOW. I was really excited by such a fantastic sunset photo.

Breakfast was not great, eggs were always cold & complex was a bit run down. A new coat if paint is needed.

There were hardly any booklets or pamphlets in the main area suggesting various activities and tours with different operators to choose from. We had to rely on the concierge to do it. So, our options were limited. Also having a room with a private pool was why we chose that particular room. However, there were only normal seating chairs outside. With a pool, it would have been lovely to have two pool deck chairs (lounges) to lie on in the sun. The other things that would have been useful and there definitely was room for it outside on the walls, a mini clothes-line frame to hang our pool towels and bathers on to dry overnight. Even with our clothes, those that simply needed a rinse, I could have rinsed them inside and hung outside to dry.

The resort pool and bar area were very relaxing to sit in and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff wasted alot of our time with mistakes, improper charges, keeping us waiting over 40 minutes to check in. The Raintree shower didn't work, we asked them to fix it, they didn't.

It’s very dated, run down, cleaners do an excellent job but it needs maintenance, broken tiles in the pools, sludge everywhere, the food was less than average and lotsa confusion ordering paying etc.

There a safety issues that those who book the private pool suite .. a proper shelter would be great to prevent lighting and hotel guest would not throw stuff from level 2. Level 3 onwards . Especially Wine or whiskey bottles etc .. New staff need proper training . On food. Knowledge and cocktail knowledge. The toilet flooring need to be redone .nit went slanting .. Lobby need air con .. especially on hot day .. The drop off point . Need to be luminous strip I had a fall . On my first night ATM need to be friendly for those tourist need to withdraw cash .. currently the ATM does not help . For overseas card .

Good vibe .. but need more punch .for music sea activity. Like offshore fishing. Etc .

Roadworks near property just held up going anywhere by car - I think major roadworks preparing for Christmas holiday makers .

The service was not as good as we expected. Quite slow with drinks and food and also in cleaning up. One day after lunch at the pool we asked at least 3 times for our plates to be taken away and ended up doing it ourselves

Plenty of options on the menu for breakfast. Rooms were really spacious! The pool is amazing. Great location being right on beach.

Staff were either not around or very poor to respond. Music by the pol was loud and not good for relaxing. Booking of sun loungers that then people didn;t use was super annoying.

The property is tired for a 5 star resort. It’s in need of a guerney and remodel. It would have been spectacularly modern in its day. The staff don’t know anything when you ask them a question however they are really sweet.

The property is large and the location is beachfront. The pool is equivalent to a 50m pool and very clean overlooking the beach. The staff are lovely. The rooms are large size.
