We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere is nothing in the hotel to complain about. Rooms are basic but have air con, towels and toothpaste provided too.
Location to the Dolphin Cruise meeting point couldn't have been better. The pool was lovely and a blessing in the heat. The restaurant staff were all so friendly and the food and drinks were excellent. Great value for money

United KingdomWhile the location was good, there wasn’t a lot you could do in the local area. Another problem we had was that the pool was undergoing maintenance our stay but we were only told the day we arrived, which was annoying as we had mainly booked for the pool facilities as the beach wasn’t amazing to relax/swim in.
The staff were amazing, very accommodating and there for any needs. The free breakfast was really yummy with food options available all day. The room was very spacious with a lovely porch area out the front with a nice beach view. They also offered lots of activities for a good price at reception.

AustraliaWe booked a superior bungalow for 2 nights in early June 2024. The room was very old but clean, it did have water marks on some walls. The bathroom was old and had no hand towel supplied.
Staff were fantastic Pool was great, enjoyed some drinks around the pool in the afternoon. Lovely dinner and very affordable. Great location, near the beach and close to other warungs, spas and the Pepito supermarket.

A traditional Bali hotel. Everything you need there. Loved being on the beach, walking distance to shops and bars, restaurants etc. unbelievable price and the staff were so happy and friendly. Best chicken spring rolls and beef croquettes all the food cooked fresh. Had a couple of days in the pool ordering nibbles and drinks.

United KingdomThe facilities are a bit dated, for example the tiling in the pool could do with touching up as it’s a bit sharp on your feet at points. However, in terms of location within Lovina it’s good value for money as the beds are comfy and rooms are a decent size.

United KingdomThe steps to the room were unusually steep and could be a problem for someone with mobility issues, the staff did help with all the luggage though.
The location was right on the beach just a short walk to some local bars and restaurants. Rooms are basic and in need of an update but this was reflected in the price so not really a concern. Staff were lovely helping with bags up some very steep steps to the room.

RomaniaThe rooms are in need of renovation ASAP. The wall was moist from the AC, the bathroom looks like it wasn't renovated since the '50s when the made the hotel. The location is amazing and I would come to stay a longer time if they make some changes to the rooms.
The yard is so big, the gates open directly on the beach. It is very peaceful, no noise. The food is very good and the portions are big. For this I wpuld come again... especially if they renovate

IrelandThe shower pressure wasn't not the best We booked a dolphin snorkel trip through the hotel which was okay. The start was good, gave us some good info but once we said we didn't want to pay for extras, snorkeling after or a big snorkel trip the next day he zoned out a little. We were in the water not near the dolphins and he was checking his phone. Then we rented a bike organized by the hotel which broke down within 5 minutes. The hotel was great to deal with but maybe they need to use better providers
Really relaxing, clean and quiet. Location is great and you can walk directly onto the beach. The room is spacious and the AC works great. The rooms are private and the staff are lovely
