The side of the island the hotel is on is where the locals do their seaweed farming so unfortunately there is a strong smell of seaweed drying out. Obviously not the hotels fault at all however was a little hard to get used to.

This property is exactly how it looks in pictures, adorable! The huts are small as you can see however they have everything you might need, every detail has been thought through. Bed very comfortable. Very good food options and good quality. A lovely calm atmosphere. Good location also and such lovely helpful staff!

- the bed is hard

Being the OG of le pirate beach club, it was just okay stay. This is my third lepirate stay. My first was at Gili Trawangan, then Komodo and now Nusa Ceningan. Overall, Nusa Ceningan and Lembongan wasn’t my fav stop in Bali. It’s good to come and experience once but I won’t return again.

They did callit a beach box in the advertising. But I didn't know what that meant. It was a box! Room only for the bed and two small boxes as nightstands. There was one high shelf with four hangers but no other place to put anything! I think they could have put hooks on the walls and some shelves at least. And could have made the 'boxes' bigger.

Lovely view. Quiet. The food was great. The staff were lovely. I appreciated the air conditioning.

The rooms could be a little bigger.

The Staff was excellent and the sunsets from here are exquisite especially during high tides. A sight to behold. The beach however is difficult to access directly from the property. The rooms are good if you are travelling solo or with some friends. Breakfast is also very good.

The fact that the room was not clean for the entire stay. And the breakfast, despite being tasty and good, lacks variety. The mini shop could be updated and some small renovation is needed.

The room is too small almost hard to walk around the bed. No closet and shelves, so it’s very hard to place the belongings. Not enough hooks in the bathroom and in the room.

The pool could be doing with a clean.

Room was clean and fresh, the food was good! All staff were friendly especially Habibi who went out his way to book snorkelling trip for us and give us lots of information about the islands. Would stay again.

This place is amazing. The bungalows are small but very comfortable and clean. The staff is the best thing about the place. Very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant on the property and you have more options within a 5 min walk. The aesthetics of the place is beautiful. This place is really nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our time there.

Just remember Nusa Cenigan gets water trucked in, so they have water restrictions. It just means a quick shower, and they don't have hot water, which is fine in Bali. With long hair, I'd recommend washing it before you come or heading to a spa to have it done.

You can't beat the view! Waking up to the waves and sun with your own private balcony and hammock was exactly what I needed. Breakfast was great. You can't beat the laid-back, quiet cruisiness here. Rooms are small but super clean. I was happy to be a solo traveller, and there was plenty of space for me. Staff were lovely and accommodating. I will most definitely be back!

The cabins are so cute but very small when you have a lot of luggage, maybe more hooks etc would be good. No hot water…but you get used to it!

maintenance painting late into night Room not soundproof, dogs barking all night and roosters. Not fault of staff. We also had a large rat one night going through our bags. No hot water in shower but we didn't mind as weather was warm

there is no hot water despite the listing saying that there is. there is actually ac in the rooms even though the listing says fan only. the bathrooms are open air and outside, and private, however ours spelt so so bad perhaps from the moldy bamboo?

Bedding was not comfortable as there was only a sheet. Need 2 pillows per person and a blanket. Also it would be great to have access to the ocean.
