We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything. The staff were so kind and friendly and really went out of their way to make sure you had a great time. They made us feel so welcome that we ended up cancelling our next property and came back to this hotel for an extra 4 nights. Best hotel and best service. AustraliaThe only thing we could fault would be guest culture where sitting a towel on the provided poolside lounges effectively reserves that seat, and then guests would leave for hours at a time leaving seat vacant but reserved. If you’re an early riser I wouldn’t worry.
Loved our stay! We booked a room with lagoon access so could enter the pool from our patio. The buffet breakfast and coffee were the best I’ve had in Bali and I’ve been 4x now. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking for some down time and able to stay around hotel and enjoy facilities like the pool, swim up bar, sky bar (at sunset!) and 24/7 fitness centre. The beach is steps away for a dip in the ocean or to visit seafood restaurants on the sand (also recommend at sunset).

AustraliaThe pool could benefit with a nearby bathroom not requiring you to walk past the restaurant and on slippery tiles. A closer convenience store either beach side or front entrance side as you currently need to walk and cross a busy road.
The staff were warm, friendly and accomodating. The rooms were spacious and clean with a super comfortable bed and great shower. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The beach is across the road with a variety of seafood restaurants where you can eat on the beach. I love staying in Jimbaran as the airport run is so much quicker!

KazakhstanIf you look hard you can see that the room is not completely new, but you really have to look hard.
Amazing hotel. We had direct access to the lagoon (from the balcony). The beach is just across the parking lot. There are many restaurants nearby and great food at the property itself. The rooms were clean. Due to a ridiculous overnight stay rule at Siem Reap/Angkor Wat(Cambodian border control refused to let us leave the country despite flights booked to Ho Chi Minh and on to Bali) we were one day late. The hotel had the right to charge us for the entire stay, but allowed us to take off the first day as we couldn't make it. We found this decision extremely generous and welcoming, especially as they probably couldn't fill the room that quickly.

United KingdomThe hotel could do with refurbishment in some areas. One of the rooms had a musty smell. Also the toilet was separate to the bathroom which is okay, however there was nowhere to put the hand soap or hand towel. Breakfast was average, which we ate outside as the breakfast room was quite warm.
Location is great, near to airport. The hotel had a lovely lagoon style pool, with the hotel rooms around it. We ate at the hotel one night, food was good. Mr Smiley was welcoming and always at hand to help out with sunbeds etc. The back entrance to the hotel leads to the beach via the fish restaurants. Plenty of choice to eat, if you like fish.

United KingdomThey try to "flog" their "lagoon access" rooms to everybody that ckecks in. Lagoon access rooms are super awkward, people in the pool have direct visibility to your room unless you close the curtains. We didn't accept the "free upgrade to show their appreciation" at check in and it seems out or spite they put us in a room very far away with views to the car park, we had to complain and they only moved us the followng day at 4 pm. Also, housekeeping is so badl in the two rooms we had in 3 days I had to call for handsoap which they had forgotten to put in the room, then shower gel which had run out then shampoo which had also run out. For a 5 star hotel it feels anything but relaxing. They'll probably reply to this post saying that they upgraded the room, but their advertisement is misleading- "ground level car park view" does not equal "garden view". And stay away from the lagoon access if you value privacy or would like to open the curtains at all during your stay.
Nice rooms once you get the right one. Good location for the BBQ fish kiosks. Good water pressure. Nice rooftop bar to see the sunset. Decent walking distance to local shops for example for laundry.
