Breakfast disapointing, did not return after first try. 4 choices only. Only one with coffee/tea included. Only omelete or scrambled eggs. Could do better here.

The only complaint is the when we arrived I asked for some milk for my tea in the morning. Was given a glass and charged $2.50.

The beautiful bungalows, great big pool in the middle of the grounds. And the staff are happy and helpful people.

A curtain on the glass door between the two bathrooms would have made the area feel more private.

The Cottage, Resort, Pool, restaurant, and staff were all fantastic, I really felt welcomed and looked after especially travelling solo! I was amazed at the price fabulous value. Would I go back…… YES!!!

Outdoor shower didn't work but no problem.

Edi and Petu nori were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated edi teaching me some more of the language. Hardens and pool were beautful and well maintained. Markt, good wine shop and warungs close by.

Was a pleasant stay the 48, really kind staff and clean spacious rooms. Close to Virgin Beach. Extra Thanky you to the management, had a wrong booking and refunded the other room. Easy communication and nice staff.

Better to book directly through the hotel instead of booking sites as they seen to have a problem with double booking!

The fact that they had double booked the two rooms I had already paid for the previous month, therefore I was left with one room short and a mess to sort out trying to find other accommodation!!!

The private villa is a little run down and could use some maintenance but this didn’t bother us.

We stayed in the private villa with private pool, nice to have some extra space and the pool was great. Beds were very comfortable, air con good too.

Best staff ever - best ville ever! we stayed at the villa with private pool, which our kid loved. everything was well prepared and taken care of by the staff - breakfast, coffee, pool, sheets etc. But they will leave you at peace if you ask not to clean. We had a situation with bugs in beds in the villa but they gave us another even cleanier house near the big pool. So even though i was bitten by the bugs on whole body, they did their best to compensate. They also have nice restaurant with shisha.

The shower water pressure/flow was low. The room can have undesired gecko visitors...as it is a wooden appartment construction. :)

Nothing. The only thing I would note is family room. Main bedroom is air conditioned. But the other room was not and it got quite hot in there.

The property was great. We loved it. If the rest of the family came we would have had the place to ourselves. It is small and quaint. Very quiet and the feel of the place is amazing. It has that real Bali feel. With beautiful gardens. 6 small bungalows. One family bungalow and one private pool villa. I booked family and 2 other bungalows. It was perfect. Staff weren’t in your face. But not hard to find if you had any questions or problems. Don’t expect everything you get in chain hotels. But perfect for for relaxation.

When I asked them about price for drop off to the ferry or ferry ticket booking the price they offered was way higher than on grab\local taxi\what the other accommodation offered for the ferry The breakfast that are included in the price could be improved, should contain more vegetables as it was rather only for decoration The pool could be cleaner

Toilet wasn't working on arrival, it was leaking from the pan all over the floor which I felt was not sanitary and also a slip hazard. The cistern also wouldn't fill but this was rectified after 2 complaints. The AC has to be kept at 18 to keep the room cool as a lot of the doors don't seal well and it lets the heat in.

The grounds were lovely and very tropical. Pool was fairly clean and the breakfast was adequate. This resort could be so much better with a little maintenance. It was fine for an overnight stay.
