Pool was cosy and required some maintenance. Bit still pleasant for a quick dip.

There were calls to pray from the mosque near by 5 times a day, starting from 4:30 in the morning (but it's not the hotel fault of course). Plus there some constuction work around. So I had problems with sleep. Advise: take ear plugs.

A nice and cosy bungalow in a good postion, away from loud music in the evening.

My only complaint was that in my room, 16, it was very dark, they definitely need more lighting.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good, still within walking distance of other restaurants yet not so close that it's too busy out the front. Nice beach in front with lounge chairs. I had Room 16. Very clean, the bedroom was upstairs.

breakfast is too limited. for a resort in front of the beach it’s a really poor menu. Chef is clearly not as good as the rest of the hotel. Food with extra oil and not well cooked. it’s an absurd that juices and coffee are not part of the breakfast and needs to be paid separately.

No tv. Lights didn’t work at entry, light didn’t work in bathroom, light didn’t work in bedroom, safety box didn’t work took 2 days to get replacement, shower door didn’t close, shower area needs renewing it’s rusty old and unpleasant

Great place to stay, excellent location right on the beach and near to harbour and where all the action is. Staff member Doni was exceptionally helpful and was so friendly and helpful with making our stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible 😊 great pool away from main street and great area of beach out front where we saw many turtles, we absolutely loved our stay here 😀

Poor communication amongst staff, we asked for the room to be cleaned on three separate occasions and the room still wasn't cleaned on the 4th day of our stay. No effort was made to ensure daily housekeeping or whether we were comfortable in the room. The room (16) needs refurbishment, the upstairs curtain fell down twice. The air con blows directly onto the bed. The bathroom shower door would not close and a piece of cardboard was used to keep it shut. The room is very dark even with all the lights on, there needs to be more lights installed. The safe also did not work. We explained all this when leaving the hotel and the manager was very understanding and apologetic, they said they will work on improvements for the future.

Good location if you want to be close to the port and the more lively bars on the island. Plenty of food choices on this side of the island. Also this is where most of the snorkeling and scuba diving activities are located. The breakfast was freshly cooked with a choice of pancakes, English style breakfast and Indonesian style. Although you do have to pay extra for fresh juices. The hotel is good for maybe a couple of nights but we wouldn't recommend any longer.

stuff was very helpful, location was great. They borrowed us fine for snorkeling for free. so really good experience. it's next by the sea so you get free of charge seats on the beach.
