Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

We stayed for 4 nights, it was amazing. The room was beautiful with a lovely outdoor bathroom. Only 4 bungalows onsite, so not busy. The outside pool area was very relaxing with a great pool to cool off. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous. There is also a full restaurant menu, fully vegan and vegetarian, and I must say I am neither of those and the food was some of the best I’ve eaten. Preservation was beautiful. Try the food you won’t be disappointed. Most of all the staff were superb. So friendly and attentive, they made us feel so welcome. They helped organise a private snorkelling trip and bikes for the 4 days to get around the island. We would most definitely go back. Highly recommend to anymore wanting to stay on Gili Air.

Lovely small hotel set on a quiet part of the island which was within walking distance of the beach, sunset bars and restaurants. The staff were amazing so attentive and friendly and the breakfast was 10/10 - especially the vegan oat pancakes!

I just love this hotel ,small but very cosy, super nice surrounding , nature, the staff is really very kind and friendly, the restaurant and served breakfast we liked a lot ! it was really such relaxing stay in Gili Air island .I really kindly recommend this romantic place. Also not so far away there is exceptional Slow SPA a, that I would kindly recommended to try and enjoy

Nothing wrong with the property, but it is a little off the beaten track, makes it difficult with baggage, getting to and from. We made use of the local taxi (horse & cart).

Room was little bit small, there is no safe in the room, location little bit far from all the action but you can fix this by renting a bicycle (you will get a good sleep)

The cafe and breakfast was amazing, the location is far from the centre and all the action, the positive thing about this is you will have a good sleep, we enjoyed the stay there.

Our stay at La Siesta was the highlight of our trip around Indonesia. Initially we had booked 4 nights as the stay was recommended to us, however we had a great connection with the place as well as the staff at La Siesta and Musa Cookery that we decided to extend for two more days. Friendliest people, exceptional service and phenomenal restaurant meant that we were spending our time either snorkeling or by the pool trying everything on the menu.

A little far from the port, but knew this when booking! Easy to walk to or get a taxi.

Staff were very friendly on arrival and walked you through everything for the booking. The restaurant attached was also great for breakfast each morning.

We were okay with that, but someone could find it as a problem - you are a part of the nature here, respect it. Small geckos are like your best friends in here. We actually lived it and were pretty happy to see each of those little friends. 🤍

We loved every little thing about this place. The island itself, the property, and the pool, the room was outstanding. Breakfast in this lovely place right in front of the property. The staff was enormously helpful and welcoming. We really did felt like home. Thank you.

Rooms are made of wood with no soundproofing - means you hear everything around you .

We enjoyed our stay very much at La Siesta. Staff are very attentive and always make the effort to talk. The food in the restaurant is really great! Breakfast was outstanding. All vegetarian and high quality. The Oat Pancakes were insane. Snorkeling equipment was available for free.

“Extremely tasteful” is the best way to summarize this property. There was groovy music, delicious food, quality linens and pillows, free cold water (regularly served to you), pleasing furnishings and outdoor spaces, and even pink salt. As other reviewers mention, the staff is very impressive and welcoming.

Beautiful rooms with nice outdoor bathrooms. Amazing pool area, water in the rooms, and a nice breakfast in the lounge area. Friendly and helpful staff, I would definitely come back. :)

Everything was spotless, staff was incredible. I'm very picky with hotels, and this exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was fantastic, the area is very calm, it's nice to just stay at the hotel and chill. There's also bikes available, they give you snorkles, and the owner is very nice and welcoming, helped us with everything. Recommend 1000%

It's a significant walk from where ferries drop people off and a bit awkward to find.

This is my most favourite place I've stayed in Indonesia. It's a quick bike ride to the beach and has an amazing vegetarian restaurant and hang out space on site. This is great when you feel like low key socialising or just reading your book. Beautiful roomsand pool and such a great vibe. The staff and owners are lovely! I can't wait to stay here again!

If I can one point of critic and why i didn’t give it a 10 but a 9: it is pretty noisy. I could hear the neigbours talk sometimes and could hear the outside of the a/c of the neighbors.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Requested a flower birthday message on the bed and they did it lovely. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was also very tasteful! I would recommend the place!
