Noises at night were a bit wild and loud (dogs, roosters and motorbike road noise). I got used to it but kids didn't like it and light sleepers would have an issue. However we were in hut in far back corner so other huts may not have been as noisy. Location is a bit out of main area but part of that is its charm. Only about 15mins back to main road.

Loved the rooms and views of garden from them (note there is a toilet in the room but private shower is in own hut outside - we enjoyed it but was not clear when boooking). The views of sea and beach from pool and restaurant are great. The walk to go the beach was shorter than expected. Loved the yoga and husband loved surfing in morning. Great food and drinks. Very friendly staff. Amazing massage. Beautiful lush landscaped grounds.

Cleanliness of villa should be improved - we had situations that the majority of the place was made up but e.g., some litter/dishes left for no reason or towels weren’t changed Airport transfer - local drivers arranged by the hotel were super cool, however the pricing was almost double the price of grab (hotel and it’s vicinity maintain anti-app policy so the grab pick up point is located ~500m from the hotel

Some of the villas, possibly the first build eg. villa 8 very old. Needs to be addressed. Rust, rotting wood, bathroom disappointing. I think the breakfast menu needs to be addressed only offering 4 choices with the inclusion.

I loved the tranquility of this beautiful resort. The spa was peaceful and relaxing and all staff were helpful and friendly. As there aren’t a lot of guests at one time you feel free to enjoy the facilities with little or no one else around. Loved the food and closeness to the beach in a rural setting.

1. The second pool wasn't clean or maintained very well, water was dirty, steps were slippery and lots of tiles missing, this was very poor 2. Locks on the hut doors not very good, I had to jam a stick in one sides of our door stop it from opening 3. They only supplied water at breakfast, they only fill the bottle in your room once a day, there should be water available all day, especially when you're sitting around the pool in the sun, many places we have stayed for a lot less money have a drinking fountains or jugs of water available around the pool all day long 4. The breakfast was good, but the selection for the breakfast included in the room package was very limited, (only 4 choices) all other breakfast items on the menu were at a cost, you should be able to choose anything on the menu for breakfast, especially when they are cheaper than the 4 choices that were included, didn't make sense? For the price you pay to stay here, the things I mention above should be done as a minimum, they are just a few little things that would make it such a better place to stay

Great place to stay, we really enjoyed staying in the huts, the food and drinks at the restaurant were great, there was plenty of room at the pools to sit around or lay on a banana lounge, the location is fantastic and Balangan beach is awesome

The private villa well exceeded our expectations. It was so much better than the photos showed. Spacious, comfortable, clean, great location, perfect sized pool and amenities and access to beach and great room service. The staff were very lovely and helpful.

You need to pay for the yoga class, the extra water (they offer one bottle per day). The cost of the massage and food is more expansive than usual.

The resort is fabulous, I had a wonderful time there. Its very peaceful and recharging. The room are nicely decorated, the bed very comfortable. The food delicious. There is yoga class and the surfer beach at 1min. I highly recommand.
