No shop on the resort only a small house type shop just outside the resort but not stocked well so water is occasionally hard to get without going to reception to fill the rooms glass bottle. People had issues with taxis as there is 2 signs on the way to the hotel that say no GRAB taxis to enter as there is a local family owned taxi rant outside that we did not use as apparently they’re expensive. We had no issues with grab taxis collecting us and delivering food. It’s quiet noisy in the mornings as all the cabins aren’t sound proof and have gabs in cabin / hut roofs so can hear any loud noises in the morning etc from staff. No aircon on bathrooms so gets very hot when door is closed. Maybe a split system to cool bathroom down would be good. All these issues are small, other than that the location is incredibly nice and it’s a very good location to relax for a few days. Only 20 mins from main town.

Cliff side location was perfect for the views and sunset. 4 pools to choose from and always quite to relax. Spa facilities available. Good breakfast available and lunch & dinner options etc. beach is very nice to relax on big wavy as is many beaches on this side of the island.

A little remote but easy enough to arrange a grab taxi or driver. Aircon in rooms are not the most efficient due to roof design but it was still sufficiently cool. Music played in common areas such as the pool and restaurant was questionable. The vibe of the resort would suit a more “hotel costas or cafe Del Mar” playlist than a “sports bar on a Saturday night vibe” which they currently play.

Beautiful pools with the most incredible views. Friendly staff. Good food. Plenty of pool loungers for everyone to use. Well maintained and lovely accommodation. Excellent service in the restaurant. Incredible views and beautiful remote beach.

Very pricy once you are there, a small bottle of water is more than 8 times the price of a 1.5L. I know its outside the grounds but as you leave the gates/entrance It's quite the eyesore for such a beautiful resort, almost like two opposing extremes. Not particularly kid friendly, although the pools do have large shallow areas for the little ones. Not sure if it was just whilst we were there, but seemed a little understaffed.

Stunning Location, amazing views, lovely pools and plenty of them so it never felt too full or packed, beach was great, food was good, Staff were friendly and polite.

Our room was not particularly private due to its location and the setup of the resort, but it was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Amazing location and views. Extremely chilled and peaceful, which made for a quiet, clean and relaxing getaway. It was fabulous to lounge by the pool and watch the sun set over the ocean. Lovely included breakfast each day and lovely staff team who were always very helpful and friendly.

We had the private bungalow and wow was it worth it. Away from the hustle and bustle but 20 mins to Uluwatu town. This was the most amazing stay ever and the pro beach that is private for the hotel was amazing.

Loved the ambiance of this secluded gem. Ocean waves crashing below, beautiful cascading pools, rooms with a true Bali vibe, friendly, accommodating staff and a wonderful breakfast. The view from the spa below was breathtaking and the sandy cove a sheer delight to explore the morning after our arrival in Bali. This was the perfect place to recover from 34 hours of travel and our only regret was not staying longer! Would love to return!

The prices are very high compared to elsewhere for drinks and food. Only if they reduced abit of the prices they would make more money with people actually spending their money there. Like shipshape for 500k was unrealistic. If it was around 200k we would have had more then 4 times and they would have made money. At 500k we did not see anyone actually having a sisha. Same with beets 69k for a bintang plus taxes. Get from the supermarket and drink in the room is much cheaper at 25k.

The resort is great for relaxing. Nothing nearby for food or drinks but restaurant has a good menu plus very relaxing and great sunset views. Nice location

The location is amazing. The staff are beautiful. The room was cool & clean. The food was lovely. The resort was respectfully quiet even with a few kids. Breakfast was carefully prepared. We really enjoyed our stay.

Limited food menu and Asian dishes were watered down to western tastes. Not much alcohol in cocktails.

Beautiful view. Good selection of pools with excellent amount of seating. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. View from spa massage rooms is amazing.

The bathroom had a bad smell from the drain. Also the location of the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. At the end of our stay we ordered a car to take us at the airport, but it could not pick us up because in front of the hotel was a "no pick up area" so everyone had to take the only driver who was always in the parking lot, accepted by the hotel, witch of course cost more.

The family rooms were maybe a little basic and tired but we didn’t spend that much time in them anyway. I would have loved some more hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms and maybe some more toiletries like hair conditioner and hand moisturiser, shower cap. Also I needed somewhere to sit my large suitcase.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff attentive and friendly. Lunch and dinner were very good - the pasta was the best meal. The pool and grounds and views were heavenly. The rooms and bedding were very clean.
