We had an incredible stay at La Boheme. The bungalow had everything we needed, the beach bar is stunning and the location is quiet and peaceful. There's also a beautiful reef in front of the bar which is great for snorkelling (you have to swim out about 100 yards). Finally the team was absolutely incredible - John, Rajit, Man and Fabienne - they couldn't do enough for us. I'd be surprised to find a better place to stay on the whole island

Maya and Fabienne are the most amazing hosts ever! Was there for a week, and they did everything possible to make us feel at home! Lovely location with easy access to the best restaurants, super clean rooms, fantastic view, snorkeling right in front of the property, cheap laundry... this place got it all! Highly recommend!

Location, hospitality, people, beach, easy walk around island. Everything was great, above expectations. Easy walk around island. I would definitely come back. They arranged a snorkeling trip for us, which was excellent. The breakfast was excellent.

We absolutely fell in love with La Boheme - the most relaxing, beautiful and authentic spot right on the beach, warm and engaging people, over-and-above service and thoughtfulness. Not to mention the sweetest little kitty, Samsara. If I could I would move in permanently!

the pillow was a bit higher for me, but that's not that big issue

located in the quieter and better part of the island, right on the beach. Amazing place with great atmosphere, where you feel like home. Hosts very attentive and caring, helped us organize some trips. Staff educated, well mannered and speak good English. Breakfast not included in the price, but very good. We asked the host for certain type of food and they provided it for us.

La Boheme is a very charming place. Something about this place with positive, chill and loving vibe that makes you feel good and like home. We love the North location on Gili Air. Beautiful sunset and energy. Maya and Fabian make sure we are comfortable and very responsive to our questions and requests. Friendly staff are always smiling and ready to serve. We have daily breakfast on our beach front porch. New Year’s Eve was so special, there were tapas and sangria for the guests while enjoying the sunset. We later went to Hakuna Matata for sushi and Queen Sunset for NYE party, just a short walk. There are also Healing Food cafe with gluten free, sugar free goodies / coffees just 5 mins walk. We highly recommend this place.

The only potential downside is the distance to the ferry terminal (south side of the island). On the other hand, I do believe that the hotel is located on the best part of the island (north) as it is cleaner, the sea is quite calm and the best restaurants are located on the northern area.

A piece of paradise. Probably the most interesting accommodation I have been to. Modern and well decorated replicas of Balinese traditional huts just in front of a really beautiful beach. All the team was really helpful. I would strongly recommend it for both families, couples or even a honeymoon.

Beautiful location directly at the beach equipped with comfortable been bags and tables to enjoy a perfectly prepared breakfast or just hangout to enjoy the sea view. Clean and comfortable bungalows with aircon and hot water. Lovely owners with a team always ready to help or chat. You don’t want to say goodbye.

There is nothing to dislike at La Boheme

We initially booked two nights, but after spending only 15 minutes at La Boheme, we ended up booking 8. The place is truly amazing. Sea view from the bungalows, beautiful corals just in front of the hotel, fantastic breakfast(thank you Risky), Maya and Fabien are the best hosts and you could’t wish for a greater crew. Stunning beach location with amazing sunsets and fabulous snorkeling immediately in front of the accommodation. Maya and Fabien were brilliant and helpful hosts and they were supported by a great team. This was without doubt the best place I stayed during my trip to Gili Indah and Nusa Penida.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful I felt like I could ask them any questions and they were so happy to find a way to help. The location was beautiful, right on the sand, Mornings were nice and quiet and you could listen to the ocean. Beanbags and seating closer to the beachside were well placed. Tea, coffee and water available was a great touch. Loved the outdoor bathroom, very clean :)
