Our original room has no windows (as advertised) but smelled strongly of mould as a result of the heat and the lack of ventilation. We asked to change and we're upgraded at the very reasonable price of 90K rp (~$9AUD/~$6USD). The window room was much better and I have very few complaints about it except that the bathroom could've been a bit cleaner.

The staff were excellent, attending to our needs promptly and efficiently. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the bed was comfy. The pool was nice too.

There was nothing to not like!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at best service and staff were very accommodating and friendly, would definitely recommend this to friends and family! Staff were polite and helpful especially Andika (Andy), receptionists and the cleaning team! They were fast at responding back and sorting things out for us! The hotel itself has many different facilities that are perfect for a holiday of adventure and relaxing! Everything was kept clean to the tea! The swimming pool was kept exceptionally clean and the bar services were great! The service of providing complimentary basic necessities was absolutely fantastic as it really helps. The restaurant staff were ever so helpful with providing us with alternatives with many vegetarian options available! Location wise everything was local and nearby within walking distance if not the free shuttle services was always available which helped a lot! Thank you for having us, we appreciate all the helped and support given to us!

Breakfast buffet -not much options for vegetarians though. Just the regular continental with me- Goreng or Nasi- Goreng. Entrance/location of the hotel could have been better, it seemed like the whole area was waiting for a long overdue renovation. Or rather one can even say the buildings around the hotel seemed a bit spooky and deserted as if something has happened there in the past and people has just abandoned the whole area, and never looked back.

Clean and spacious rooms, just in front of the pool. Loved it. Would definitely book it again for our next visit.

The staff are bit laid back, nobody came to pick the luggage even after insisting, an extra bed was asked at the time of booking but it was not provided

The location is near mall. Only problem is the function of the aircon.. it shuts down by itself after 5mins Aircon needs cleaning

Breakfast given was not that great but can always do better. Maybe a renovation of the hotel would be really good as well.

The hotel was close to a lot of food places and shops. It was close to the beach but just the traffic around the area was bad. Overall the hotel was good, and the staff was really polite and nice

I didn’t like the Main Street location as we have another Indian family living with us in same hotel when we all went out on the Main Street just opposite to hotel reception gate the thieves on bike tried to snatch the gold chain of that family which was scary and not single person helped.

It’s neat and clean and staff is very friendly and supportive although pure vegetarian has to face barriers

checked in at 10pm, I requested for iron as I need to use it that night to iron my clothes because I need to go out at 2.30am the next day but sadly no iron available at that time. they cant arrange to get it from other room as well 😓

Gym equipment need to be fixed, the multi gym machine needs instructions and a list of exercises that you can do with that specific machine

room was very good, but no balcony ( minor problem). Breakfast was excellent as i got a special treatment due to dietary restriction and also dinner chef cooked me special food. pool bit cold

The hotel is old and really needs a overhaul, the rooms are not cleaned well, but if something is not working, they fix it right away.

The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are big (the one we had), direct at the pool. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. (I upgraded to a room at the pool)
