The location in Sanur was central, the villa was beautiful and practical and the staff were outstanding. There were so many ways they went out of their way to make our stay a fantastic one.

Amazing! Pictures are not justifying the look and feel of the resort. You will not regret staying at the property. At arrival you get a voucher for a 15 minute massage, breakfast can be taken at any day of the time and can be served on the property where ever you like, afternoon tea/coffee is complementary and there is a gift ready for you when you leave. They thought about every detail to make a guest as comfortable as possible. At free bikes gives you the possibility to explore Sanur from every angle. Amazing location.

We really enjoyed our stay at klumpu. The hotel is very beautiful like a little village with their little wood cabans and the location was very appreciated. the room was large, comfortable, clean and the staff was very kind! We also liked the tastefull generous breakfast !

It war a truly great time at Klumpu! Stuff was amazing, everything was clean. Every night we had a pleasant surprise - chocolates by our pillows, whisc was very nice. Also Klumpu set our villa and prepared a surprise for us due to upr honeymoon. Food was delicious and prepared very quickly. Location is great

A beautiful welcome and a wonderful stay! The romantic dinner was beautifully set up and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Our massage was also amazing. The afternoon tea was yummy as was the breakfast. They outdid themselves.

First of all the staff!!! Everyone treated us like royalty and everything was done with a smile. The villa, Garden and pool are a little oasis and you can feel the Love put into the decoration and every little detail. We had arranged for a birthday dinner and the flower arrangement was amazing. We have to come back 🙏🙏

Absolutely loved Klumpu. Breakfast was amazing, super quiet location. Kids having a fun time but respectful in the pool. Cleaning services were excellent. Airport pickup super easy! And close walk to the ocean foreshore. Great for us and our 4 month old baby.

We cannot fault it.

Klumpu is a little oasis! The property is immaculate, set back from the main road where it is quiet. The rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds. The food quality is excellent and the staff are friendly and very attentive. We enjoyed using the bicycles to ride along the nearly beach path and enjoyed the nightly chocolates left on our bed with the turn down service. We loved everything about this peaceful property.

The bungalows are beautiful with a lovely garden setting and pool. However it was the amazing service that made this place stand out. You are very spoilt with delicious breakfast, afternoon tea and evening chocolates each day. We used the free bikes quite a bit to get around. Also booked a tour one day, and our guide was terrific with a very comfy car.

The staff were beautiful & so helpful. The rooms were well set out & really clean, we loved our stay at Klumpu. It was great to be able to order your breakfast & have it wherever you preferred, on your terrace, at the restaurant or even at the pool. The gardens & pool were beautiful & well maintained, it’s a really great resort. The complimentary use of bicycles was a great touch, it was fun to ride along the promenade. great location, close to everything. Will definitely stay here again.
