Everything was just perfect. The staff were very friendly and courteous. they wen above and beyond to help us be comfortable. Especially the staffs at the restaurants were very friendly. shoutout to the guys at the aira cafe bar who got us a mango when they heard my partner saying that she didnt get to try a mango from Indonesia. Love you guys!!

the absence of a gym, the bamboo should be shorter to enjoy the amazing view. the rest is perfection.

Breakfast could’ve been better, small selection compared to other 5 star hotels. Nonetheless an amazing hotel to spend your time in Ubud!

Beautiful property with amazing villas, rice paddies and views. Staff were so friendly and every single one of them said “hello” or “good morning” every time they saw us. A great base to travel around Ubud, although located 10 minutes away from the centre. Free shuttle buses really helped

For a 5 star hotel, it is assumed that all staff will go the extra mile, which sometimes did not quite happen. All complains in relation to an annoying repetition of background music during the whole stay were useless.

Facilities are excellent. Breakfast good. Some of the staff and activities available were amazing.

Prices (drinks/food/transport) inside the resort are high. I know it's a luxary resort but not paying to then pay double the price for a drink as do in any other restaurant. E.g. price quoted for airport pickup from hotel was 870,000 one way. Taxi via Grab was 320,000. We also had issue that they hotels system glitched and as a result double booked, so for the last night we changed villa (they did offer a free spa as courtesy but unfortunately we didn't have time available to take up offer). Not a big issue, these things happen, but the new villa, 123, was definitely not as nice. Bigger, but I would be disappointed if I had stayed the whole stay there. Seemed an older lodge with more broken items inside, bit run down, and the outside garden was overlooked on most sides. So seems there is some variety on lodgings and stay enjoyment may depend on which lodge you get.

Staff were fantastic, super friendly and professional Resort area is luxary and great facilities. Our first villa, 208, was superb, overlooking valley, nice pool, private, perfect

Honestly there was nothing that I did not like. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The staff was also very polite and available to help with any enquiries. The free yoga lesson was a great added bonus to our stay and the two pools are great as you can choose if to stay in the main pool, next to the bar, for a more "social" experience, or in the second pool which is more secluded and right in front of the jungle.

The shower is lovely outside the room but if it is rainny like I had you need to take a bath in the vat or use the hose that is not so comforable and restaurant in the evening was ok but can be better.

The hotel is amazing and beautiful. you do not want to go out of it. All the staff very kind. The forest spa is wonderful. Love the swing. Ig i go back to Ubud I would choose it again.

Everything. The staff make you feel very welcome. I had the pool villa and it’s spectacular and worth the money. Breakfast Is also to a high standard. Comfy beds, big living space and lots of showers and a big bath. They made the place feel very romantic. Also offer a free shuttle to Ubud.
