DISLIKED 🙁 Wifi is availaible for an additional charge 2 eur/day and you can have maximum two devices. Due to the price of accommodation, wifi could be included. 🙁 There is a restaurant, but the food and drinks are really expensive and the food is nothing special. 🙁 The cottage is basic and simple and would require reconstruction as well as the rest of the area. 🙁 It was difficult to get service in the restaurant during the day, mostly we had to go to the reception. 🙁 Reception accommodation presents as a camp, but the price for accommodation and food is quite high and certainly does not correspond to quality. 🙁 Staff is friendly, but seem lost and are not managed.

LIKED 😊 Villas in the middle of nature with a beautiful view and private beach, but you can't swim because of strong currents. 😊 Beautiful and quiet location, electricity and wifi are available only in certain hours, ideal for accommodation for 1 max 2 nights 😊 A few activities offered by accommodation. 😊 As a bonus are monkey:-)

Absolute lack of overall management of property and staff. Delivery of good guest experience really an issue here. Few examples: No coffee in the room, lunch / dinner menu very limited, not changing and quality truly disappointing, no electricity and WiFi majority of the day,…. It is all about the location, but not convenient to stay. Staff doing their upmost best / super friendly, but seem lost and are not managed.

(-) access from main gate to reception was really bad, coarse road. They should have mentioned to avoid driving city cars. However, actually overall access (from village's portal) to the hotel was significantly better than years ago. (-) we checked out when the electricity generator was off, so it was hard to get signal for edc machine to pay with card. They should have mention earlier to prepare some cash or make payment during the electricity was on. (-) this is personal, but I was a little bit scared to hear the sound of the waves at night. And don't forget to bring jackets as it got very windy in the afternoon and at night.

This is not disadvantages, but rather observations: There is very little light inside the bungalows, so after the sun goes down, which is around 6.30pm, there is little you could do rathen then read and watch downloaded movies. I would suggest to consider switching to adult-only hotel, as the place is great for a getaway from it all, and there is nothing to do for kids. Whilst my 4-year older enjoyed the place, i find this reasonable to allow stays for kids over 8 or 12 not to spoil tranquility and silence :)) The location is very secluded, the nearest shop is quite a drive away, so make sure you have every essential you need

Fantastic scenery from every bungalow, a truly private beach and absolute escape from reality. The bungalows are quite spacious with super comfy beds. Whilst the food is basic, there is sufficient choice at a reasonable price. The hotel crew is superhelpful and will make sure you get what you need.

Wifi is available at an additional charge - while it's great for a digital detox, at the cost of the resort this should be included. The food is very expensive for what you get - while I get that it is remote and more expensive to run, the food costs are unjustifiable for the quality. It's all tasty enough but just too expensive.

The setting is amazing- beautiful hut right on the beach with very comfortable bed and fabulous views. Very tranquil setting and great to unwind. It was great to be surroounded by natural vegetation and this was the most exquisite setting in our entire trip on Lombok

Very beautiful! Large rooms and nice staff! You should be aware, that the electricity is on between 8am-10am, 1pm-3pm and 8pm-10pm where breakfast, lunch and dinner is served. Also between 6pm and 6am in the rooms. Wi-Fi is extra cost.

This resort was out of this world! When we came it was new years eve, the resort made a special intimate new year celebration for the guest with the staffs and invited some locals to perform! There were dancing, drinks, fireworks - an unforgettable experience. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. They even arranged a driver to send us back to the airport on our last day and gave us one last stroll in town. Ofcourse, there wasn’t any connection but we were briefed well by the staffs and we knew from the past reviews. Great place to unplug and disconnect!

Plain perfect. The beach is insane, the staff super kind, the location just perfect, the food very very good. You feel spoiled and pampered all the time. The room is beautiful, facing the Ocean and falling asleep with the sound of the waves as background. Simply magic. It is the jungle, tho - animal sounds are there too, and you may have to pay attention to the monkeys locking the room when you're not in there. But I mean, that's part of its charm.

The installations of the hotels are getting old and not as clean as expected You have some stains on the sheets, some marks on the bathroom floor, when you take a shower the water smells like sewers, etc. We even found a rat that came in the bathroom through a hole in the bungalow !! We could not sleep well after that Also be careful as the hotel is saying that it is full inclusive but will make you pay after for everything you took which is very disturbing as the hotel does not mention anything when you arrive Would not recommend this hotel
