SpainIt was a bit run down and the choice of river stones in the bathroom floor makes it hard to keep clean from hair. The orientation of the pool and width of the pool with surrounding roofs meant there was a small window for direct sunlight if planning to sunbath.
Large villa with plenty of space, staff were very helpful and approachable and had a good working aircon.

IndonesiaThe property is under maintenance so it was not clean. We booked a deluxe villa but since it wasn't operational we got a super deluxe villa but we didn't like it so much. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs so if you use the pool you'll have to go up to clean up. And the main bathroom is downstairs but not connected to the living room area. So you have to go up and then go down from a different stairs to use the main bathroom. Much hassle.
The staff is friendly and accommodating.

United KingdomThe staff were nice but pretty clueless about what we had purchased. When we arrived we were told that we had not bought breakfast- I had to tell them that we had bought breakfast to which they then agreed. Everyday they gave us 2 bottles of water- we were due 4 according to the booking and were unaware of this when I mentioned it- I then had to remind them daily to bring 4 bottles. We were due a discount on meals, this was never brought up by them. They don’t take card so had to pay them using all of our cash which is very inconvenient. The villa itself is rundown and needs some serious maintenance and cleaning. The decking was broken and a hazard. The pool had missing tiles and the walls were covered in mould outside. The appliances (kettle, toaster and fridge) were all old and dirty. A villa of this size should have an actual kitchen there was no need for this to be missing. When we arrived there was no toilet roll in the room and after cleaning the room they took all of our towels and didn’t replace them. When I mentioned this they said they now has no towels for us so we were given some pool towels. I was told on 3 occasions towels would be here in an hour and AGAIN I had to message them to bring them the next day as heard nothing from them. With some proper management and repair this place could be really good.
The place was big with the room on the top floor and pool area on the bottom. The staff were friendly. Nice bathroom.

The mould in the showers and water flooding, to toilets that didn't flush and air condition that didn't work! towels looked dirty grey to almost black, didn't smell clean. Had amaintaince person in villa for an entire day pulling the roof down and painting, We order room service to room and paid cash then we're asked to pay again on departure. Airport transfer were included in package however tried to charge again and then were told that the transfer back to airport wasn't their company. The place is run down and far from what the photo suggest.

SingaporeThe place is very run down and has not been looked after. clear the owners of the property are no interested in doing an working to keep in in a good condition. Not the fault of the staff – they were very pleasant and friendly The door to our room that lead into the bathroom didn’t lock and some sort of makeshift straw was put in one of the doors to attempt to lock it in place which didn’t work. The wind would just blow the doors open. The space is huge and has so much potential but the attention to detail hugely lacking. The curtain in the bedroom didn't even pull all the way along so you had a huge gap allowing light in the morning. The wood around the bed is all chipped and breaking same with the door leading to the bedroom. The pool itself looked dirty and the tiles very grubby. The fridge and kitchen area similar state. Wouldn’t stay here again

GermanyThe first thing you see when you arrive is the busted sign of Jays Villas. Everything is in desperate need of renovation and cleaning! The fan at the reception was covered in dust. The water installation around the reception was basically just mud. We had Villa 11. The door did not open properly. Insects everywhere. Dirty walls, really disgusting and filthy toilet on the ground floor. The couch was busted, probably made in the 1970s and it hurt to sit on it. The pool was dirty. Dead insects floating all over the water surface and the fountain did not work. There was mold all over the white outside walls at the pool. The stairs lead to two doors, one was the bedroom, the other one was a 2x4m room full of dirty laundry with a vomit inducing smell of moldy wet cloth. The bathroom was filthy, moldy, and limescale everywhere. All the lounge furniture close to the pool and in the bedroom had stains of unknown source on it that made you want to avoid touching them. Villa 10 was empty, no water in the pool but still some trash lying around. Villa 12 seemed to be close to what was advertised.
The staff was very helpful and friendly all the time and did their best. The bed was comfortable.

AustraliaThey didn’t quite clean properly, the sheets and bed was nice and clean but there was a few areas-the stairway (hand rails) they missed. We had a dead fly in our bedroom when we arrived and it was there the whole time we stayed. However they did clean everyday or every second day- they would always ask us so they would give it a quick clean over when you wanted. However did miss bits. The pool wall was a Little old Looking.. needed some paint. We also had a few problems with the wifi wasn’t a great connection at times but they would fix it straight away when we told them.
I stayed in villa 11, it was very big and the bedroom was upstairs and that along with the bathroom was huge, the pool was huge too.
