We were allocated 3 rooms in the old wing which are big, clean and with balconies. However, the balcony and toilet doors are too old and require upgrading.

Location: Very close to the Kuta beach. Walking distance to the Discovery Mall, Beachwalk Mall, Poppies Lane and many other shops and eateries. Have been staying in this hotel when we come to Bali every year. Breakfast: Quite a wide spread of local and western food served. Staff: Very friendly, approachable and professional. Always greet us with big smiles.

The breakfast buffet could benefit from more vegetarian options, and better supervision of hygiene practices is necessary. Some guests were placing dirty plates on top of clean ones and using the same serving spoon for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The cleanliness of the massage towels and rooms could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers a beautiful sunset view from the room. The location is ideal, being close to both the market and the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The massage therapists, especially Ekka and Patni, were outstanding, and the prices were quite reasonable.

Was very noisy with conference. People yelling outside rooms at 5.00am. People putting towels on chairs at pool all day & not using. Need to be removed. Pool on beach is hard to get out off & tiles coming off bottom. Bring back the bean bags around pool.

Staff put a mattress topper on bed to make comfortable. Intan is always helpful. Breakfast great. Location great. Gardens are beautiful

The breakfast is great with a wide variety of food. The pools are also great as is the location of the hotel, at the beach front area. We stayed at the backside of the hotel, however next time we will try to get a room at the groundfloor with access to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay, good value for money. The hotel is at the heart of Kuta, with plenty of restaurants / bars and spa's nearby.

I've stayed at this hotel 5+ times over the years and I don't remember the beds being so hard? Also this was the first time we ever found the breakfast a little underwhelming.

As always the location and the staff were amazing. We had a pool access room which was handy.

It needs a kids designated pool. I go to relax, but the kids take over the main pool and the parents don’t care because they sit at the bar in the pool. The beach pool area needs updating and loads more seating to be able to move there. So many days there are no seats by the pools.

It’s a great hotel, a bit tired and needs a paint. Staff are so friendly and kind and reason I like to stay at the hotel.

The room smelled a bit like mould which is expected when the aircon is running constantly in that kind of humidity.

Amazing location beach front. Has 3 pools with the beach front pool amazing. The room was clean and nice size for 1 person. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure.

This hotel is HUGE. I mean it has so many rooms but defo comfortable. Huge Bed, Ample shower space and towels. Loved the stay here Breakfast was plentiful esp with a 11am last order so we could lie in a little longer Reason we chose this hotel was the Beach front was on our doorstep.

The breakfast area is packed and no matter what time you go, there is a struggle for a table. The swimming pools are all close at 7pm and pool bars close at 5:30pm so that sucks. No airport transfers, well unless you pay $30 per car

The location is perfect and the rooms are sizable and clean. Pools are nice and warm Helpful staff
