We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming , upon arrival we had no additional costs when paying through booking.com. The rooms were clean tidy and well kept A/C wad excellent and all ready running when we got to our room. Food options were also on point buffet breakfast and the warrung out front very affordable local food.

AustraliaThe distance between our room and the foyer, pool, breakfast, beach etc. The hotel is very big and we were walking a lot. It wasn't really a problem, but it did detract from the overall experience a little. My son had four pillows, all of different thickness and hardness. I however had four exactly the same hard pillows. I ended up using a cushion off the lounge in the room.
Location was excellent and probably the best thing about this hotel. Breakfast was super, with the variety more than sufficient to satisfy our breakfast requirements. Staff were excellent. I went with my adult son and we asked for separate rooms that were near each other, which the hotel accommodated. The air conditioner in my son's room stopped working and they came immediately to repair it, but because it was a larger repair, a new room right alongside was found immediately with no disruption to us. I really enjoyed having a night cap in the bar area facing the beach at night after returning to the hotel after dinner.

Australiabreakfast area bathrooms need renovating, the spa is very ordinary...non Bali. Hotel needs more Bali paintings and sculptures as it seems a bit plain and faded. brown uniforms were boring looking.
Great location, big and comfy bed, seaview room, best showers in Bali .Friendly staff and value for money in off season.. Pools were clean and well maintained. Loved the gardens and orchids.

AustraliaThe only issues we had were the little smelly blocks placed inside the aircon cavity. The smell was overwhelming and created breathing issues for my wife who is a chronic asthmatic. Kind of smelt like the toilet blocks in a men’s public toilet. When the staff were asked to have them removed they were more than happy to assist. Was nice to have a nice aroma, but way too much. Also nowhere to hang wet clothes and towels. Possibly need a clothes drying rack just to avoid putting clothes on the chairs outside. Only a minor thing, but does help to dry togs and towels.
We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room that was on the bottom floor near first pool close to the front lobby. The room was really comfy and spacious. Had all the features we needed and was only a short stroll to the beach and one of the three pools with swim up bar. The grounds were clean and tidy and the staff were exceptionally friendly. They were more than happy and willing to bend over backwards to assist with any request. The location was perfect and close to great restaurants and shops. Jamie Oliver restaurant is just across the road and is a must do whilst staying at Truntum Kuta.
