It was very expensive

The room was magnificent. It was huge and the bathroom had two sinks. It was perfect for getting ready for a wedding. The view from the room was great.

We initially got put into a room that smelt like cigarette smoke, even though we were told it was a non smoking room. They quickly moved us to a different (and better) room after we complained. It's very expensive but is nice for a treat.

The hotel facilities are great. The proximity and access to the mall was very useful. The staff were very helpful.

In my opinion - This was the best hotel that i have stayed. Excellent service from the hotel staff and make feel at home. The breakfast was Fantastic and the hotel in connected to the Grand Mall

I love everything about this Hotel, Specious room with beautiful view of Jakarta Bundaran HI, very clean. The location connect to Grand Indonesia shopping Malls, their services & their breakfast with so many choices. Thumb up to Chef PRASETjO WIDODO for all his service, I love his Bakso & Mie Jawa, he is a great chef & very very friendly 👍👍 all the food of this hotel are delicious ❤️ I stayed in a few other big big 5 stars hotels in Jakarta but when I come back to Jakarta, I will definitely stay in this hotel. Love love.

Everything was good. Only point that may require improvement in my view is the bath tub as it's already looking dated

Great location and connected to GI. Have stayed here a number of times and will continue to pick this hotel when I'm in Jakarta. Rooms are big and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff was great and helpful as always. Breakfast selection is great and food has been consistent since the first time I stayed here right after Covid. The bubur ayam HI is good.

Everything was good.

I came from US, was looking for Indonesian Traditional Food for this Hotel, Breakfast Buffet have Indonesian food, Continental breakfast, Japanesse Food, etc. But Indonesian food, what I want was not on the menu. Restaurant Manager talked to Chef on duty. Chef and his Team made special food for me. I was so happy with special food and so good.... I give him 2 Thumbs Up. I will come back for this hotel. The window was a little bit dirty so I had to clean it self to see beautiful view from outside.

Breakfast was superb and ideal location close to the malls. We got our room upgrade and the room is excellent very modern and amazing bathroom. Great view overlooking Bunderan HI, access to the executive lounge is a bonus. We’ll definitely stay there again in the future.

Our room wasn’t clean well, still dusty around the corner. I would prefer the bed doesn’t have wood stick out at the end of the bed, accidentally hurt my hand and also my son’s leg. Simple bed design would be better.

Location, it is very close to many tourist spots. The hotel is connected to mall which is very convenient. The staffs are attentive and prompt to request. There are many historical photos, which I really enjoy to look at.

The location is close to various other 5-star hotels, but, besides a large mall, there doesn’t seem to be anything interesting to visit/see in that area. Two out of our three nights, the main (buffet) restaurant was not available due to and event. There are some other restaurants you can use, but most of them are basically in the attached mall.

Very good and elaborate breakfast (buffet). Clean room, good bed, friendly & helpful staff. Nice rooftop pool, with bar and simple food. Good fitness and massage/wellness facilities.

Great hotel with incredibly nice and happy staff. Always a smile on your face. the rooms are a bit worn but very clean. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay here again. A big plus is that the hotel is next to a shopping centre with a lot of good restaurants.

The attire of some guests at breakfast and at the lounge/bar area was not what one would expect in 5 star hotel but was more similar to a beach resort
