Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe reported that one of the TV is broken in day two of our stay. It hasn’t been resolved even after we checked out in the fourth day.
We booked two connecting room and the hotel is able to accomodate it. The staffs are super friendly and helpful👌👌. I’m quite surprised to see Herman Miller chair in the room, it’s every product designer’s dream office chair.

Breakfast is very good and the atmosphere is very lively. Different dishes are exhibited and they also had special promos in the evening. The staff was very courteous.

GermanyThe atmosphere of breakfast can be improved. Most tables are set for four. But most guest is either solo or couple. Therefore many tables couldn't be occupied. After 8am it was crowded hour and the staff were too busy and the tables weren't cleaned quickly.
Location is really central. For that, with such price and quality, I couldn't find any other options to compete. In addition to that Holiday Inn Express holds their quality and standard on top! 🙂

IndonesiaThe noise from above my room, during my stay, on the 2nd night there's a problem with the water piping, but the staff had been very good in handling the problem , Mr Harun was nice, prepared another room for me at 3rd n 6th floor. He informed that the problem has been reported to the technical team.
First time staying in Matraman area. Surprisingly I had a nice experience especially with 3 staffs. Mr Harun, receptionist on duty on my second day of stay, was very helpful when I had a problem with the noise from the water piping above my room. He quickly suggested me to change room and also gv a late check out up to 3 pm. Mr Anwar, from the kitchen, quickly cooked a vegetable for me ,upon my feedback about one of the vegetable that's too hard to chew. Ms Trivena, a student trainee , has been so helpful anytime I need some assistance. I will return to this hotel. Many thanks to Holiday Inn Matraman for the genuine hospitality on my stay 8-10 of March 2024. Food : 7.5/10 Service : 10/10 Room : 8/10 Best view I got is from room 805, the highest floor at this hotel. Sunrise on the left and mountain on the right. Night view : city light. Forgot to take picture!!!

UkraineThe noise isolation is quite poor. You can hear all the outside talking and walking starting from early morning. The breakfast was a disappointment: I couldn't find anything to eat but eggs and rice around 9am. Had to order from outside. More variety would help (greens, protein, fruits, bakery).
Clean room, clean bath with all the necessary toiletries. Comfy bed. Nice staff.
