It was so noisy during night around 10.30 until 11.30,it’s came from my neighbors they were doing party in there room.i can’t sleep and my kids was crying because they can’t sleep.i need to call reception to help fix the situation and about 30 minutes later everything getting better. That’s my experience during our stay in diamond hotel.

The property needs a little maintenance. There was sewerage smell in the lobby. But overall the experience was good, so we didnt get much bothered due to this

Stayed here on two separate occasions and both had some serious shortcomings. The rooms themselves are pretty tired, lots of cracks in the walls, stains on materials, loose fittings etc. The walls must also be paper thin as there is a lot of noise from the corridors and other rooms (we repeatedly heard next door’s phone ringing + showering). The rooms themselves are clean though but all towels stink of cigarette smoke to the point where it wasn’t even worth using them as you’d need to shower immediately after. Not sure if the hotel attracts a certain type of customer but the noise and disruption during the night is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. 4 nights stayed and all 4 were sleepless. We heard screaming, shouting down the phone and running around the halls until about 4am multiple nights. Our final night was also met with slamming on the door at midnight, presumably for a joke, which woke us both up and prompted a noise complaint. Ultimately this wasn’t pleasant but the price makes it doable for short stays. If you need a place to stay before or after a flight, it’s passable.

Close to the airport, comfy bed and very very cheap including breakfast.

The Bed and the aircon. Aircon was too loud and cranky a bit not that cold at all. Bed was not that sooo comfy as we expect it. But overall staff is GREAT!!!

Location wise is good. Coz we stayed there for our last day in Bali which is near to the airport. And we had a great breakfast!!! Food was definitely amazing. Coffee was great!

A little far from the beach with very busy roads to cross breakfast not as nice as other places we stayed but was ok.

Hand soap is not provided in the toilet, some mould on the ceiling and rust on the mirror. Only one lift lobby, might be a long walk to your room

Two problems. Closet was not clean, when you raise the cover you could see remainings from previous stay and hairs. Also, closet was not fixed, when you seat it was moving with a lot of noise. Needs maintenance. Also, there was a mechanical sound which continued all night. Maybe coming from outside or maybe even from next room, no idea. But annoying.

Only had one night here during a work trip. It was OK for sleeping purpose. Beds were OK. Staff was helpful and kind.

The pool doesn't look clean. The water pressure in my room was not too strong. I don't think hot water was working on my stay. I showered with cold ish water.

Our room is very dirty, too many dust on the tables and the toilet feels like they didn’t clean it , too many hair on the shower area. The sink if you’re going to brush your teeth is very yuck 🤮 water is getting stuck in there. Toilet is very dirty.

It was close to the City and Airport. And they have very comfy bed. Staff are very friendly and nice 😊

The water heater wasnt hot enough. The room was really cold that we didnt switch on the aircond the entire night but it still cold. The floor of the toilet, the sink and the toilet bowl was yellow and dirty. The hotel doesnt look in the picture advertised

All things are good except that bathroom floor mainly shower area is really slippery and they did not provide any slippers. Another thing is their router blinking strong blue when all of the lights are switched off in room during night. It was disturbing.
