We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Indonesiabathroom were clean but if you have some leftover food stay overnight some insect will come. the curtain should be cleand up , quite lots of stain. i bring toddler, but the playground currently empty 🙃 staff said the toys were moved for occasion at the ballroom 🥲. breakfast need improvement!

Indonesia- The bedroom is not quite clean cause the curtain and the carpet I think needs to be changed or washed. - The door room I think needs to be changed cause it looks old.

Saudi ArabiaStaff not bothered, I was totally ignored, no hello, no welcome, absolutely nothing. Tried to ask questions, again not botherd. If you have been to an easy jet hotel exactly the same. Corridors and rooms dated. Mould in the bathrooms. Walls in room off white. It needs updating. At breakfast again totally ignored when trying as ask questions. We stayed for 2 nights, only bed made room and bathroom left the same, and the plate of fruit that we didn't eat left in the room. Overall, I would not recommend the Harris Hotel.

The hotel price in prime location, Spacious room, Great rooftop for swim and catching Sunset/Sunrise, Excellent customer service all the way from check-in, during our stay, until checkout. Prompt to fix and keen to improve when we give feedback. Great work attitudes, always smile and staff always helpful when you need anything.
