-very loud & noisy from bars around the hotel and when people outside your room talking. -even though the interior seemed upgraded but you could tell it was an old property from the dull bathroom. -no bottled water inside the room, instead you need to fill the jug provided from the dispenser near your room.

Facilities are becoming a bit dated and breakfast options needs to be updated!

Have stayed here many time before. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. We opted for the family room, king bed and extra single, the single bed was firm but the king was soft and comfortable. The room itself was very spacious which was an added bonus. Location used to be good, however as Kuta goes through changes post covid, it is a little further for shops and good restaurants.

The suite was spacious and lovely. Pretty centrally located, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and activities.

Unfortunately breakfast quality for us was not what we expected for the value we paid during our stay. More sun beds around the pool side. A lot of people sitting along the tables and chairs smoking with no intentions to swim.

Room space was nice. Location was great. The security guards out front made us feel safe and welcome, the warning to be safe while were out was appreciated because my son and I almost got mugged on our way back to the hotel. Thankfully my son was alert with what was happening and yelled at the 4 males to #### off and leave us alone.

The room is nice and the staff are super friendly anx helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location walking distance to the jice restaurants, the beach and some nice vendors.

But the soundproofing is just awful, you could even hear people walking along the corridor, not to mention their conversation. Noisy guests settled in next door to me and started a disco at 3 a.m. The hotel staff did not react to this noise. I had to call the reception. Only after my second call did the employee get up and make a remark to them. But the noise never stopped...

Overall, nothing out of the ordinary, a regular room.

might be noisy if the club decides to re-open….but considering choosing to live near kuta, I can’t really complain about it. also the bakso for breakfast is super yummy but it’s not really warm. It could be improved.

Booked 3 rooms, Aircon had to get fixed a couple of times during our 6 night stay in room 600. Two other pool side rooms I had my 4 teens staying in had a sewage smell in the bathroom, also Aircon playing up. The breakfast range was average. No poolside bar.

The rooms were great. The location was perfect . The staff, particularly the security team out the front of the hotel were very lovely and would remind us to be safe when walking around at nights which I felt was a genuine sweet reminder. Loved the late pool swims which closes at 10pm. Other 2 locations had pools closed at 7pm.

There is bad traffic on the whole strait of the road leading to the hotel. Aircond & shower had a little bit leaking.

The breakfast food was delicious & they also provide halal food. The hotel staffs were warm & friendly, the hotel was located a little bit inside from the main road so it was peaceful at night & offers privacy. Hotel design was very beautiful, pool & room were very clean. Overall we were extremely satisfied.
