Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesMosque is very loud and wakes you up at 4am every morning (not the hotels fault). When you walk to your room you walk past the kitchen and it is really disgusting. breakfast was very average.
Great location. On the main road and walking distance to the party scene but not so close that it’s loud. Right on the beach. staff were friendly and helpful. Aircon works well , bed was comfortable.

The hotel is located next to the beach where you can snorkel and there are many restaurant next door. The staff was very friendly. The room was cleaned daily.

DenmarkOne of the nights a group of drunk men were keeping us up for 3 hours from 1 am to 4 am screaming, singing and yelling. They were also knocking on the wall, and we felt very uncomfortable, as we are two women travelling alone. The hotel says it has 24-hour security guard, but even after we contacted the hotel, no one did anything about it.
The rooms were very big and nice. The location was close to the harbour and to a very nice turtle beach

AustraliaFacilities not maintained: old pillows and stained sheets! Gross but true! TV bill not paid so no entertainment. Bar fridge louder than traffic. Bathroom door does not close and with massive holes in ceiling you can hear all your neighbours at all hours - sex or singing in the shower becomes a group experience. All the staff are very young, untrained and unsupervised. No generator so when power goes everything is out.

United KingdomThe towl were dirty when I arrived and everything is quite laid back, island life. The main thing that annoyed me was I left my sunglasses behind, I relased on the crossing back and contacted them straight away to say where they were and would they send them back to me, i would pay the postage. They didn't reply. Booking.com said they would get involved and failed. I sent a friend who had stayed behind in the next day and they told them nothing had been found. They had been left on the side table in the room. The TV didn't work, Internet was patchy and rhe power kept cutting off but your on an island so it's be expected.
The staff were friendly, the room was a good size and the bed was comfy. It was in a good location, one end of the strip so quiet but close to everything.

AustraliaUnhygienic food prep area, dirty towels, dirty pool, power kept going off (and stayed off throughout the night 10pm-07am. No AC as a result), no windows to open for air flow when power out resulting in a hot stuffy room--couldn't open door without a lack of security and/or letting in all the mosquitoes. Photos make the hotel look nicer than it actually is.
Early check-in and the bed was comfortable. The young staff were friendly.

United Kingdomthe room was not cleaned in the four days I stayed here. the bathroom floor mat had holes, the general decoration of the room and bathroom is poor. the bathroom ceiling leaks when it rains. there was tea facilities but no kettle and the fridge didn’t work. there was also no hot water but I am now not sure if this is standard for the island
the location is the best part of this venue, it is on the north end of the main strip and across the road from the beach / sea

United Kingdomon first night a staff member or person walked into room without knocking while we were sat in the room which was weird and we thought nothing of it. every other night we locked the door while we were in the room and every night someone tried to enter our room without knocking clearly trying to steal our stuff every night we would look out window to see someone run off after they tried to come in. MAKE SURE YOU LOCK THE DOOR
location amazing and close to a lot of nice places. the best part was being to walk out of hotel and go snorkelling with turtles

United Stateswifi didn’t work at first, but the staff fixed the problem. occasional power outages (20-30 min) but this is common on the island and not hotels fault.
Amazing staff, room was nice and clean. Comfy bed, nice restaurant and pool. hot showers. location is central. Overall a very nice experience.

FinlandThe room was a bit hot at night and the lighting in the room was bad. Hot water ran out fast but this was not really an issue as it is common and it is warm outside.
The employees really made the time fun, they were always willing to help us out and were just overall fun and kind people. Special thanks to Sanur and Yuza, Amin, Wawan, Dedy, Andre, and Nana :) The hotel offers nice affordable food, live music sometimes, snorkeling trips, etc. The rooms were clean and nice, the location could not be better.
