The bed was really firm and the pillows were so high I ended up not using one. Perfect for somebody who likes a really firm bed! But I prefer softer.

Kids pool area was really fun, the flooring in there needs a bit of updating but they have put rubber mats down to keep it nice and safe. Staff were very friendly

Our apartment wasn’t ready on time, meaning we had to wait for almost an hour extra. The apartment they allocated for us wasn’t suitable, as there were security issues with both external doors not being lockable to an acceptable standard. We were moved to another apartment, but only after we’d unpacked etc, so that was a bit frustrating. The new apartment was spacious and comfortable. I didn’t like the breakfast buffet selection. The display was limited, and there weren’t that many western choices. Personal observation.

Property was very old. No cleaning has to call staff to change the bed sheets. On arrival the room was not cleaned. Have to wait for 20 mins. There was not much vegetarian option to eat. Had only 3 options. Really bad experience breakfast.

Great location, beach front location. Right next to 10/10 restaurants and bars. The pool area was ok, not much for my kids to do as the slide is mainly for younger children. Was a great stay however. We had the family suit and was absolutely HUGE.

Great location. Straight across from beach. Not far from beanbag bars. Lots of food around. We had 2 bedroom apartment so could put kids to bed and have a drink in kitchen or living room. Good sized pool. Trusted money exchange in lobby. Would recommend for families.

On the balcony’s there is glass fencing with a large gap at the bottom. Our baby is almost crawling and had she have reached that stage prior to staying the fence would have been a dangerous hazard.

The swimming pool The Location is great being opposite the beach and close to shops. The view of the ocean from our balcony was fantastic.

Hetel needs renovation, bathroom only had one drain hole which lead to so much water on the floor while taking the shower.

We stayed at this hotel for several days, and unfortunately, our initial experience wasn’t entirely satisfactory. Despite requesting early check-in due to our small child, we were accommodated with a 50-minute delay, which was critical for us. Although we attempted to use the paid children’s room on the second floor, our child quickly grew tired of waiting and opted out. We spent time in the lobby, awaiting our room. Regarding child safety in water park, I would recommend covering the entire upper part of the pool, where the water is shallow, to prevent potential accidents due to slippery surfaces.

Our stay was pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, and the water park was a fantastic entertainment spot.

The hotel is in need of some maintenance. Our ground floor room leaked every time it rained. Air cons are starting to smell of mould. Mattresses and pillows could do with replacing.

We didn’t eat the breakfast but went up there once. There were cold sandwich meats not stored on ice.

We booked a one BEDROOM suite and were put in a STUDIO room , and were told there was no difference between the two, which is incorrect. A BEDROOM suite has a completely separate BEDROOM whereas a STUDIO is everything in just one room. Thankfully they moved us to a proper suite.

Not very clean, very tired facilities, it consistent with daily turndown and cleaning of rooms. Sometimes failed to leave fresh towels, but took the used ones away. Slow to respond to fix the problem. Faced that issue many times

The building is old, they should renovate it, do some painting and fix some rusty around the hotel.

Good location and room. We stayed in 2 bedrooms unit and the place was always cleaned by staff. Pool was ok too, just not suitable to stay with kids all the time, has to move to kids area where there is no shade.

It is a little bit aged and we did have a flooding issue in one of the rooms after heavy rain. Staff cleaned and dried our wet clothes free of charge so that was great. Some issues on the balcony with the electrical wiring which (in my Elecricians view) is not entirely safe, let alone child safe. These issues were rectified by the staff to the best of their ability when the issue was identified to them.

Had a 3 bed Ocean View Penthouse. Magnificent space with a great view.

Pool area needed a bit of an overhaul - probably just better to go to the beach.

Rooms were very large, bedrooms and living areas, making it great for our family of four. Plenty of space for lots of luggage and also for adults to be up after kids asleep.

The pool was closed which was why we booked this place. Wouldn't have paid the money for it if I was aware when booking. We got vouchers for the restaurant to compensate, then were told our meals couldn't be covered with vouchers. The food, drinks and service at the restaurants was pretty mediocre outside of breakfast.

The room was really nice and clean, we got an upgrade because the pool was closed, so was probably nicer than what we were supposed to have. The balcony sitting area was nice, except the view of the pool under construction. Buffet breakfast was excellent and nice staff. Good location with beach close by and shops and restaurants.
